I tried to book a remote consultation several times and recieved several responses asking me to select a time and date for a consultation, which I did, but I was never provided with a video link. If someone could call me that would be most appreciated. 0212892626.

Nothing but head aches. Always chasing up what is going on with my orders. Lack of communication on smile end. No emailing telling me to confirm an order to get the mould made. Wonder how long I would have been waiting if I hadn't made contact. Constant miss understanding on smiles end which results in frustration for me. Wouldn't go through this process again or recommend to anyone else. It is stressful enough doing mould yourself let alone always having to chase up answers, time frames, anything at all.
I’ve completed my treatment and I’m delighted with the result! My teeth are lovely and straight and Smilepath worked with me to achieve exactly the result I wanted. I found their communication fantastic and instructions were easy to follow. And they were excellent value for money!

Great customer service!
You get what you pay for. Incredibly slow communication. Several times I have received aligners that didn’t fit, then had to pay for a whole set of new aligners. I had to remould my teeth and do the whole process again which took about two months of correspondence - whilst still having to use the aligners that don’t fit. It’s been a disappointing service and to be honest I would rather pay a bit more and use a better service. They often send emails offering you $50 if you do a good review online which doesn’t sit right with me. When I email them with enquiries I often get a copy/pasted message on reply 1-2 days later. They obviously have one overworked staff member. No genuine service, slow moving process and shoddy results. I do not recommend.
The product itself is good. The customer service is friendly but so many problems with the app and the phone number to try to contact you. If I didn’t already have the aligners I’d think the company was a scam the after care is so bad. I also get one email a day asking me to buy the product when I’ve already bought it which is annoying.
Great experience with Smilepath! Jamie is a great customer support specialist. Customer support is on top notch. If you are looking for cheap aligners, I'd recommend you to start your journey with them.

I’m extremely happy with my results after using smile path. It’s was affordable for me, convenient in the comfort of my own home and and easy process with the support from professionals. I love the clear aligners because you can barely see that your waring them! I had braces as a teenager and hated them. My teeth had moved back to being crowded over the years because I lost my retainer and I’m so grateful I found smile path which has given me back that perfect straight smile 😃
When emailing you obviously don't get the same person because you receive different information. And there is no way to check that you are progressing as you should
I did impressions and was not a candidate to proceed with Smile Path. I was not able to easily obtain a full refund. I paid the full amount up front, plus I paid for the post treatment retainers. All up, over $2,300. The impressions showed that Smile Path could only offer me partially straighter teeth. I decided not to proceed. I requested a full refund on 6 April 2023. On 18 April 2023 they advised that I would receive a refund, less $100 for the impression kit and service charges. I pushed back and said the website says a full refund will be provided if I am not a candidate. On 19 April 2023 they advised that I would receive a full refund, but that my payment would not be refunded until 2 May 2023. I wrote to them late on 2 May 2023 asking for confirmation that the refund was processed. Its now 3 May 2023 and I don't see any refund. They haven't written to me to confirm the refund was paid. I have called my bank to commence a credit card charge back to try and recover my money. Edit: 10.30am, 4 May 2023 - still no refund, still no reply to my email of 2 May 2023. Edit 9.30pm, 4 May 2023 - email from Jordan at Smilepath: "Hi Michael, I am writing to inform you that your refund payment has been delayed due to a technical glitch in our system. As per our previous communication, your payment was scheduled to be refunded on 2nd May 2023. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, your payment has been held in our system, and we are currently working to release it as soon as possible. We have notified our accounts team of this issue, and they are taking the necessary action to resolve it. We understand that this delay may have caused inconvenience to you, and we apologize for the same. We would like to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to ensure that your payment is refunded within the next couple of days. We have noticed that you left us a negative review, and we are deeply sorry to hear that our service did not meet your expectations. As a small family-owned business, we value every customer and take their feedback very seriously. We would request you to kindly remove your negative feedback, and we promise to resolve your issue to your satisfaction. ..." Edit: 9am, 8/5/2023 - still no refund Edit: 9am, 9/5/2023 - still no refund Edit: 9am, 10/5/2023 - still no refund Edit: 9am, 11/5/2023 - I see a partial refund has been provided. Smilepath have previously assured me I would be getting a full refund, as the website says you get a full refund if not proceeding. Smilepath have not explained to me why I have only been given a partial refund. Edit: Full refund received, 13 May 2023 - 37 days after my initial request.
