I was initially a little sceptical when I first heard about this offer that neither requires face-to-face dental visits nor fitting in appointments into an already busy schedule. The night retainers were so easy to use, great results seen after wearing each set, and prompt and professional customer service was provided that guided me through this journey. I 100% recommend SmilePath - good price, great experience throughout and such good end results...achieved in your sleep!

Feb 03,2023The product is easy to use and effective. The cost was more economical than other treatments. Use see the progress every time you wear the next set of retainers. Smilepath also provides you with a computer model of the entire progress of your teeth so you can check in and see for your self as you move along. The first time you put in your new retainers each time it can be a little painful until the teeth settle into their new positions.

Feb 02,2023Pros: - It does what it says - One of the most affordable - Clear instructions Cons: - Disappointing customer service - Multiple delays of trays; mailing out impression kit without a return label; not showing up for video appointment etc. - My 5-month long treatment was dragged out to 8 months because of one delay after another - Results focus on cosmetics, beware your bite may not be as functional upon treatment - Retainer broke in half in 3 months despite great care

Dec 29,2022They took forever. While they are cheaper, you also get what you pay for. They offered a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee at the time I signed up but do not follow through with what is represented. I was meant to transition into refinements because my original treatment did not work as planned (despite doing everything they clinically recommended and more). I have lost confidence in their ability to deliver satisfactory results and what they promised. I now need to spend several thousands of dollars with another orthodontist fixing the problems they created and which were both obvious and drawn to their attention during the original treatment plan. This is borderline medical negligence. Steer clear and pay the money to get it done properly the first time.
