I ordered my alligners about four months ago, so far communication has been great with my own customer service rep, and any queries have been answered in a timely fashion. Yet to receive the alligners however I look forward to seeing my results.
Do not do it! Absolute sham company! Great at getting ur money and do not do what is promised. Then they threaten to take more money when I asked for cancellation and raised dispute through pay pal. Took weeks to get my money back, they lie constantly. Couldn’t access the app, they had my impressions for weeks, did not do the smile projection. Avoid these scammers at all costs!
The service has been quick, the kit sent to me is really nice quality, it doesn't have fancy packaging but honestly I'm more interested in the actual product and so far I'm super happy. They even sent a whitening kit that just plugs into my phone and I can do it on the go. I'm only on the third set of retainers but I'm already feeling the change, I can't wait to be on the last set! I really don't get the people complaining about the retainers breaking and being flimsy, Smilepath is just as good as Invisalign and all the other companies we see, minus the flashy packaging, and I've had braces and invisalign before. Thanks guys, super keen to see my results.

Treatment Did NOT work, the worst Customer Service experience, I have ever come across. Treatment: Was not provided a treatment plan (Smile Projection) within the advised time frames, had to follow up several times. Did not get additional Retainers as per order, had to follow up several times again. Aligners did not fit properly, half way through the treatment. When I advised Customer Service, they advised that it would cost more to get additional aligners, I told them it was the ill-fitting aligners that's why the treatment did not work, and under their own policy, there has not been 80% tooth movement, and that it should be free (This is SmilePaths own policy as per their website and consent form) which they have changed since. There was never anything in their policy or any communication stating that they needed photo's every step of the way, and refused based on that, but if the customer is not made aware then you cannot make them pay. SmilePath refused to acknowledge the policy, and refused to provide me additional information about my treatment, under the Privacy Act, just seemed to keep on going around and around in circles. Knowing what I know now, the email responses were done by a Senior Staff member Jordan, he never stating that the emails were from him, even when asked, just kept on emailing me from generic emails, and other staff members emails, his responses were very evasive, and playing mind games. Eventually they did say they will give me a call. Almost two months and no call, no communication, no additional aligners which I paid for again, with the agreement of additional Retainers, and did not even think to do a refund, if they were not going to provide the aligners. I had to get my money back via Paypal. I had to follow up with them again, and ask, how they are going to fix the issue, as the state my teeth are in, can't be left like that. (They are worse now, then before I started the treatment). Now they will not provide additional Retainers, as agreed, using the excuse that, the case closed because I got a refund via Paypal, they did not get in contact I had to get my money back, (you just cannot hold on to someone's money). A new case was opened about 24 hours later, they used the previous Teeth Impressions, and advised that this is a new case and will not honor the previous agreement. Customer Service: Have never kept to any time frames. You have to keep on following up over and over again. They don't follow their own policy and make them up as they go. Have refused my right to complain and speak to a manager, about how a senior staff member is conducting himself without consequence, (not stating he is the one responding via email, evasive and playing mind game, and leaving a voice message starting with "Real Bi**h"). The overall experience has been mind blowing I still can't believe that this acceptable. Now SmileParth are claiming that I am lying and my claims are not genuine. They have nor will they ever accept any responsibility, or accountability. I am just reacting to the way I have been treated. I have emails and the voice message, to back my claim. There is no reason for me to waste my time and make all this up. I have better things to do with my time.
Avoid at all costs!!! They are unreliable, they lie and it’s a total waste of money! Don’t believe what they say! They are great at getting your money and do not follow through with anything. Could not get on the app, they had my impressions for weeks saying they were in transit and did not even do my smile projection. Did a dispute through pay pal and was threatened they would take more money off me if I didn’t cancel the dispute. They eventually refunded and said refund would be made by a certain day which did not happen they then lied and said refund was processed and it wasn’t. I call and was told my case manager was not there even though he just called me. Had to keep chasing for refund which happened weeks after promised date. Do not do it! Avoid this sham company!!! Absolute headache!
Looked at a few different companies and chose this one. Ele on the chat was helpful and responsive to all my questions and was flexible to what I wanted. Smile Path you should give all your employees a trial with the aligners so they can relate to the experience and represent your company with their smiles haha ;) Will post a follow up review in a couple of months about the experience.

I'm disappointed by the questionable high ratings for this product. The kit didn't work well for me, and when I requested an update new set. they asked for an extra $200 AUD. Shipping to the USA came with an $80 AUD increase in fees. I agreed this deal. I provided all the necessary information and waited for a week, only to be told they wanted to charge me $300 AUD plus $85 AUD for shipping, citing USD as the currency. This is puzzling since their company, Smithpath, is based in Australia, and I applied from there. The service experience has been quite terrible
While the delivery service was fast and the instructions quite easy, I was really disappointed that I had to order a new size in the moulds as I'd consider myself somewhat 'standard' and imagine this is common. The daily phone calls and texts are really annoying if you have a packed work schedule. I think more could be done to consider approach to customer service. The offer looks really good and the price is very attractive. I ended up deciding not to proceed because I'm not comfortable adjusting my teeth according to a computer generated 'standard', I want to work with a dentist. However, this is my choice - not a reflection on SmilePath at all.
So far so good from Smilepath. Received the impression kit and it was very simple to complete and send back. Then received a smile a future smile projection a couple days later which looked promising. My only complaint is that the AlignerTracket app is a bit clunky and I have difficulty uploading photos to it sometimes.
I am very happy with the results. Apart from some delays during the process it has been a pleasant experience.

Very patient when I was getting frustrated because of my own incompetence. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Impressions are never fun, but this was as good as they can be.
