I have sent away my impressions with the tracking and have not had any further positive information. At this stage I feel the tracking was not followed up and now no longer seem to have communication

Patience, instructions, and clear commutations from Jamie have been excellent, I applaud his customer service ability. My only frustration, it would be nice to have a provision along with a partial discount for customers only receiving half the service. I.E I am only getting my top teeth done.

I had an amazing experience with Smilepath clear aligners! The process was convenient, the aligners were comfortable and virtually invisible, and the customer service was outstanding. I waited a month for a ‘smile projection’ which is not substantially different than my current smile - which I will attach below. The customer service has not been very professional or helpful, this whole process has now taken three months, at this point I just want them to help me, or to say they can’t and refund my money I’m still waiting for them to issue a refund over two weeks later. I’ve started treatment with smile direct who have been very helpful, I would encourage anyone considering clear aligners to just pay the extra money, this really hasn’t been worth the hassle

So far have sent my impression and am waiting for my aligners to be manufactured. The process has been good but a little slow. Will update on my journey and results once I start the process.

Great value! The aligners were such good quality and constant support when needed. Such an easy process, I have recently completed my treatment and I am now wearing the retainer. Very happy with my new smile!

You will get your teeth straightened but you will be on your own for most the journey. I don't really like the idea that these companies incentive you to leave a review so early, even before the treatment has started. I found it very hard to pick a service because most clear aligner companies do this and its quite misleading SmilePath delivers what they promise (almost) which is a straight smile but i found the customer service lacking through out. I got lots of automated responses that didn't seem relative to the help i needed at the time. A colleague of mine used another service at a larger cost but after discussing experiences it was clear why the cost was so different. If i had an issues the response time was delayed so i never knew if i should continue the treatment or stop or what to do next. I felt this was the worst part as anyone doing this treatment would agree, your teeth move back with in a few days which delayed the process further and caused a lot of stress. I also payed extra for retainers. I ordered these in September 2022 and its now March 2023 and i don't have what i paid for yet. To be fair one set i got was incorrect and i was told i would get another set. I've followed this up and was told they will be sent soon but its been about 2 months and i haven't heard anything. Over all, the treatment will be uncomfortable (physically), but to answer the question i wanted to see in an honest review before i started....YES it will work and it will be worth it. SmilePath will do it at a good price but you will get what you pay for.

I was looking for clear aligners for some time but most of the offers were pretty expensive. I stumbled into SmilePath in one of my searches and it was all smooth sailing from there. I got my teeth back in place. If you’re up for a good provider of clear and fair-priced aligners, you have to give SmilePath a go. You wont regret it. Cheers!

I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my SmilePath aligner treatment! I had always been self-conscious about my crooked teeth and was hesitant to pursue traditional braces. But with smilePath, I was able to straighten my teeth discreetly and effectively. The clear aligners were comfortable to wear and hardly noticeable, and within just a few months, my teeth were perfectly aligned. I am so grateful for this treatment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their smile.

I’m only up to the 3rd set of aligners in my treatment plan but so far I’m loving the process! The team are really friendly & responsive. It does take a while to get started from when you sign up but that’s to be expected considering they need to get your teeth moulds back from you & then create your treatment plan, aligners, make sure you’re happy with them etc. They’re also very discreet when wearing them which is great compared to some other brands! You can barely tell I’m wearing them :)

After researching a number of different options for my daughter, I decided to go with SmilePath and I couldn't be happier. The process was clear and easy to follow and the customer service was excellent throughout. Very prompt and helpful communication every step of the way. I am just coming to the end of my treatment and have found the service to be prompt and efficient. I was initially concerned that undertaking a treatment program completely remote from the clinician was not normal. However I've found the treatment program accurate and effective.
