Nov 24,2020Jason, the fitter, also came round beforehand to complete the survey and discuss the job with us, so he knew exactly what was required. He arrived promptly on the day and completed the job quickly and efficiently to a high standard, asking us to check things and sign off before he left. He cleared up after himself and left the site as he found it. Thanks :-)

Nov 24,2020These guys installed a Conservatory for us in December 2015 , which we have enjoyed every day since. We can honestly say that the complete process from enquiry , to initial Survey , to confirmation , was very easy and professionally undertaken... all the Teams Involved in each stage of the build were great ,........ friendly , efficient and have done a fantastic job. As we have had our Conservatory for a few years now , we wanted to add these comments because apart from transforming our home as far as a fabulous , usable space is concerned , we have had absolutely zero instance to call the team back. It has performed far above our expectations , and became a room that we pretty well lived in all the time from Spring through to October .. simply Fantastic. Nov 20,2020Product good. Installation good. I asked if the company would send me a spare kitchen door key as only one comes with the new door. This was agreed but we never received it. Otherwise all good. Just a little let down by the not receiving the new spare key, as agreed.

Nov 17,2020The window fitters did a very good, tidy job at a bargain price. They arrived in good time & were very quick, replacing my front bay windows & two big sash windows in six hours! They cleaned up after themselves. The windows look great & my flat is cosier, quieter & more secure. I liked the fact that this a well established, local firm & that the salesman who gave me a quote, was down to earth (he didn't put on a show), thorough & not pushy, although I did subsequently find one member of staff very persistent in trying to secure a contract, no doubt due to the anxiety of an impending lockdown. I was a bit disappointed in the surveyor as he did not wear a mask (it was July) but fortunately, he didn't need to come inside for long. I would recommend Smiths for good quality, good value, window fittings.

Nov 09,2020We have used Smith Glass Ltd in the past and have always been pleased with the quality of their products and also the fitting of them. Having had all our windows, soffits and fascias done we ordered a new front door and side panel. We are really pleased with the end result and the fitter was extremely professional and fitted it all in record time and tidied up afterwards. My husband did notice a slight gash on the door trim but no problem - the fitter came back the next day and replaced it. Would highly recommend.

Nov 03,2020The work and installers were really good (very happy). Our only issue was trying to get hold of the sales team before the works started and if I needed to speak to them afterwards as the offices always seemed closed.

Oct 29,2020Graham West from Ditton I have tried to contact this company over the last month I have requested the documents for my conservatory roof We was not given a contract or order number I have sent emails asking for someone to contact me with no response After sales is very poor I do understand the difficulty with COVID-19 but surely a phone call or an email is not to much to asked At the time of the installation we was not given any paperwork with contract numbers on or any document with guarantees all we ask is someone talks to us.

The sales visit was clear, and the installation was straight forward, all of the staff I have spoken with have been supportive, informative and happy to help. I will be making another purchase very soon as I renovate my house! Thanks for making it easy

Jan 06,2021I have had a service call to your company since April. Since that time I have not had any contact from yourselves. I sent various emails to the service team since then without response. I am having to live with a conservatory that has 2 blown seal units, with paint colour peeling off and fading. It would be nice if someone could at the very least give me a time scale to get this sorted out.
