Oct 15,2024Bought an LG C3 55" for £999 which was already lower than online retailers such as Currys and Argos by ~£200. They got in touch with me later in the day informing me that this 2023 model is out of stock however due to this mixup, they'll offer the newer C4 model for £100 more. This was a steal considering this retails for ~£1250 (discounted price). Also comes with a 5yr warranty! Very good customer service, very polite gentleman on the phone to clear up any confusion. Delivery was surprisingly fast too - arrived within 2-3 days I believe). 10/10 would definitely would recommend.

Mark was very helpful when I called at the Burscough showroom to choose my appliances and provided very clear and comprehensive advice. Prices were matched with other major suppliers. Delivery and installation were also very efficient.

We received excellent advice from Liam & Duncan at the Ainsdale Store and this was followed up with a superb delivery and installation team who provided us with a great tutorial about the new TV'S operational capabilities.

Because it's a old model and it's there fault so thy will upgrade to newer tv for same price. They gave me a delivery date for today amd I received at 745 this morning. Overall exceptional service

Customer service are quick to respond, professional, polite and ensures that your order is delivered swiftly. I ordered a cooker hood late afternoon and it arrived 10.5 hours later.. impressive indeed. Not known of Smiths before but would definitely recommend and purchase from again.

Sep 30,2024Sorry to say despite reading all the excellent reviews my experience has been disappointing. Ordered a tv on Thursday, apart from a confirmation email, I have heard nothing back from them some 4 days later. Telephoned this morning to be told was likely to be 2-3 weeks for delivery, but couldn't say for sure as he was not part of the online team, but I cant speak to the online team on the phone, I had to email them and they would reply within a few hours well its now been 8 hrs since I emailed and no reply. Tv is coming direct from manufacturer who said if I ordered one today they would deliver the next day. Smiths TV are £100 cheaper but I guess that's why, so will be forced to cancel and order elsewhere. Just ordered same tv from amazon being delivered in 48hrs.

Oct 20,2024I bought a Bosch washing machine which is excellent and the Delivery was by Robbie who also fitted it. Robbie was a really nice person and as there was a slight problem with the connections, Robbie had the problem sorted in no time and everything is working fine.
