Sep 13,2024Excellent company to deal with, they were unable to supply my original choice but offered me an up to date alternative at a really keen price. There was extra to pay but it was reasonable. The delivery estimate was accurate and the service received from the delivery company was outstanding. Plenty of communication and an accurate delivery time window were advised and adhered too. Overall an excellent buying experience and would not hesitate to recommend this supplier based on my own positive experience.Thank You.

Sep 09,2024Chose Smiths as their price for the tv I wanted was very competitive. Add to that a prompt acknowledgement of my order then fast communication on who would deliver it and when. Both tv and soundbar delivered in good order. Generally, everything happened as they said it would. I have no hesitation in recommending Smiths TV on my experience.

Sep 07,2024Used the chat facility to enquire about specs, price and availability of a large tv and soundbar. Instant responses. Normally purchase TV equipment from a well known nationwide department store and so was a little nervous going elsewhere. Needn’t have been though, the service and price were excellent. Delivery people (AIT Home Delivery) were excellent too. Arrived on time, no damaged boxes, and carried into my living room. Highly recommend!

Sep 05,2024I ordered a Samsung tv which was last years model and at a good price but found out Smiths could no longer get that model however they offered me this years model at a greatly reduced price. The delivery date was 1 - 3 weeks but was kept up to date on my order. Delivery was smooth - good customer service is hard to find these days I would highly recommend them.

Sep 02,2024Very good customer service from initial enquiry by phone and order online including confirmation etc. One downside.....had selected a particular day for delivery on their online order and confirmation said they would be in touch to advise and confirm exact details. Heard nothing and had to phone on the selected day (which was 5 days later) to find out if being delivered, who by, tracking info etc ....which actually worked well. Would have been nice to have had all that earlier.
