Sep 02,2024Ordered two TV's, £2500 debited from my card, took them five days days to inform me they couldn't supply them, using bank holiday as the excuse, but no issues in taking the money! Then a further two days to be refunded.

Sep 01,2024Ok, firstly I haven’t yet got the tv as scheduled for delivery in 2 days, so bear that in mind. However, ordered a different tv with them and they came back promptly and said that model wouldn’t be available immediately as supplies were coming to an end (LG C3) which seemed the same as other suppliers. They did then offer me a C4 (latest model) at a very similar price and much lower than elsewhere. They also said that this wouldn’t be available for 1-4 weeks. After 3 weeks they have come back unprompted to organise delivery. At the moment, can’t fault them on price or service.

Aug 24,2024We ordered a new washing machine. We are really pleased with our purchase, price was better than anywhere else. It arrived when they said it would. Lee and Lewis who delivered it had to bring it up steps, not the easiest place to deliver a washing machine, they didn’t complain once, they were really cheerful, very helpful and nice guys. Thank you so much, would recommend.

Aug 23,2024Tv was at a good price, the chat team was very helpful. Delivery was 4/5 as he was dragging the box which is a bit silly given that its fragile inside. The team that I called before purchase was a bit rude, room for improvement there. Still overall I would say 5 star because I'd repeat order

Sep 02,2024Good service. Did their best to match a supper low price on the internet. Had hoped to pick up the TV the next day but I could not make it. So went the Saturday morning but shop shut due to a bank holiday Monday. PIck it up Tuesday morning.
