Aug 22,2024Ordered a replacement fridge for a fitted kitchen unit. The order process was smooth and efficient and the delivery as promised. When our installers let us down and we were unable to find anyone else for the job the return was processed quickly and in a friendly manner. Would be happy to order from Smiths again.

Aug 13,2024I was looking to purchase Samsung 55inch OLED TV, The click and collect online said it would only be available the next day which wouldn't have worked for me. I called up and Mark answered and said i could come down now and pay him and then grab the TV straight from the warehouse. When I got there, the TV was there waiting for me and he helped me get it into the car.

Aug 09,2024Ordered a great value TV that turned out to be out of stock with the manufacturer. Smiths TV apologised and offered me an amazing deal on a newer model. Great communications and service, with the only very minor downside was trying to get someone to answer the phone! :) This was my first time using Smiths but would definitely recommend them and will always be checking their website in future. 5 stars all the way!
