May 18,2024First time I place an order with Smiths-TV. Happy to say that all went really well. Kept posted on my oder progress . Quick delivery. Parcel perfectly packed. And the TV set is outstanding. Super. But no manual was included. The downloaded manual is too technical. Difficult to follow. You have to go through the TV installation yourself and learn as you go. So many options. The other thing is the warranty. It is still not clear who guaranty what unless you want to take an extra insurance. I would honestly recommend Smith’s-TV.

Jun 07,2024From the moment we walked into the Formby shop, John was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We bought a washing machine and tumble dryer, which were delivered by cheerful, lovely men, and then the dishwasher was delivered and fitted by another man who went the extra mile and adjusted the door next to it so that it fitted perfectly. Five star service!!
