Such a pleasure to discuss on phone, reserve, visit and pay, and carry away! Big national discounters... take note! First purchase from "Smiths", but feel it won't be the last.

Apr 15,2024Like a lot of retailers the website for ordering was cranky and it was not always clear what had to be entered where, particularly with regard to collection/delivery. Whilst no delivery time was given we received a call about half an hour before he arrived. Overall satisfactory.

Apr 27,2024I bought a TV from Smiths and had good service. The men in the shop were informative and helpful. The engineer who came to install it was friendly, explained everything and sorted out any problems. I was having trouble registering the warranty online so the man in the shop kindly did it for me. So, every aspect of my experience was positive and I would recommend anyone to use this firm especially if, like me, you are not a technical expert
