We were having alterations done to our house & asked if they could possibly keep hold of the items until we had finished the work which they did. Andy & John were so helpful I would definitely recommend Smiths Tv Formby 10/10

Mar 02,2024Spoke to Mark about a price match. He rang me the next day. He had done his research for the overall package ( delivery/install etc) and having used Smiths before was happy to buy the TV from them albeit at a higher price in store than the competitor was offering as this involves more than just the cost of a TV. There was an issue with the TV height and a sound bar to go in front which would block the infra red from the remote ( a Panasonic company problem they have still not answered 10 days later despite 48 hour promise and second email). Mark sells TV stands and I asked if it would raise the TV enough to enable a soundbar to go where I needed it. It was unclear on the packaging but later that day Mark built the stand , put the tv on it and sent me height details and photos showing adequate clearance. This level of service was above and beyond what I expected and this guaranteed my 5 star rating at Burscough.

Mar 01,2024Overall it was reasonable. Originally we ordered the tv through Amazon and Smiths where the supplier and they didn’t deliver the TV with no real explanation. I walked into the shop in Southport and ordered the TV and the experience was fine. Installation was ok but they didn’t connect it to the router which I did subsequently.
