Mar 24,2025Swift and excellent 2 person delivery of our Bosch double oven. When we discovered a small part was missing; Craig, in Sales, was on it at once! He spoke with Bosch and, not only was the part posted out immediately, but the warranty was activated for us as well. Many thanks Craig!

Mar 19,2025We ordered a sound bar after finding Smiths had an unbeatable price and appeared to have high praise on review sites. I'll be honest and thought it was too good to be true. I am skeptical having had bad experiences elsewhere. The goods arrived faster than anticipated, we received notifications of time window, the delivery driver was courteous and carefully placed the sound bar where we wanted it. All fears it was too good to be true were unfounded. Compared to major retailers Smiths offer incredible value for money, genuine brand new items and a delivery service far more reliable than the UPSs and DPDs of this world. Will certainly order again. My new favourite home entertainment supplier.
