Mar 11,2025Smiths provided me with some really helpful advice choosing a soundbar, I ordered then changed for the next model up (3.1 to 5.1 upgrade) as a result. Had to wait a while for stock to come in, but that was fine and the delivery was perfectly on time.

Mar 01,2025I can't really give anything other than full marks. The website was clear and easy to navigate, the order process was easy and I could book the specific day my order was to arrive. The products I ordered arrived on the day I requested, on time and in perfect condition. I actually made a mistake when putting in my delivery address during the order, so when I spotted it I emailed to get it changed. They replied to quickly to confirm the change. Excellent.
