Nov 29,2023Amy at Sold has been amazing through all of this process, made sure we were up to speed with everything and even chased our solicitors for us when things needed to moved along quicker. Although I was hesitant at fist on how this will all work with them being in London and us buying up north, it really has been as if they were round the corner! If and when we sell up, we will be sure to contact Sold and Amy. Thank you again for all you have done to help us as First Time Buyers!

Nov 28,2023They have been very responsive throughout the process and quick the only bad thing I have to say is that the property we have brought is still up for sale on website. No SSTC etc and we’re moving in this weekend. I have emailed weeks ago and they said they were having problems and would get it sorted but it still hasn’t been and has made me extremely anxious throughout the whole process that it’s still saying for sale! Issue now resolved thank you very much

Nov 24,2023We are just at the start of the process but so far it has all gone really well. From the initial conversations with Hassan to dealing with Thea to sort out the paperwork. It has literally taken a week to get the house on the market. The photos by David were fantastic. We had a viewing request within 2 hours. :) We are looking forward to finding a buyer for our house and the rest of the process going smoothly too :)

Nov 24,2023Outstanding service, Sam and Thea are extremely professional and clearly enjoy and care about what they do. It’s a refreshing change to deal with positive and enthusiastic people !! Our experience of estate agents thus far has been mediocre. An online agent with a different approach wouldn’t have been our natural choice. Sold however, offer realism in a difficult market full of inflated prices. We are hopefully on the right path now to a successful sale. I cannot recommend Sold highly enough for good advice, great communication and customer service that is severely lacking elsewhere.

Definitely a 5star employee 👍the only negative was at the beginning when just trying to reach your company by phone was bit of nightmare

Their communication skills are excellent and the Solicitor they use Sayer Moore are the same. From receiving an offer on the 15th of October to completion in the 24th of November is unbelievable. Highly highly recommend both Sold and Sayer Moore Thank you

Nov 04,2023We approached Sold.co.uk because we needed a relatively quick sale on our property having found our perfect next move and didn’t want to lose it. Yes it’s not cheap but they were ultra fast at getting the property onto the market and sourced a buyer at full asking price within a week. Unfortunately the vendor of our dream home withdrew from the chain (not once but twice!!) and we couldn’t find anything suitable to replace it. Our buyer then lost confidence and withdrew. Although we weren’t successful I was really impressed with Sold.co.uk … Chris, Thea, Sarah and Amy were all very professional and highly supportive. We had one miscommunication during the sale negation that caused some anxiety but a quick catch up with a manager put our minds at rest. We would definitely look to use them next time.
