Everything worked exactly as they said it would, there were no hidden extra fees and I was kept informed at every step of the process (thanks to Amy). I was moving abroad and didn’t need to wait until the sale was completed before I could move — I was able to do all the paperwork remotely. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Sep 09,2023We used Sold to sell our property and took the package that included solicitors too, I would have given a 5 star rating however the solicitors side is where the service fell short, Dahnish and Amy are a credit to the company, they keep you informed along the way, Dahnish sticks to his word which is rare these days so that was very much appreciated, he got us a great price through hard work and he worked hard to meet our time frames. Amy also knew our tight timeframe and was in constant contact to keep us updated, they are both very professional and get the job done. The solicitors side of sold was where the service fell short, we felt that things were left until the last minute even though they were made aware of our circumstances early on, we did a lot of chasing on their part and felt that the process could have been made more simple if they communicated more.

Sep 04,2023Our journey with Sold has been up and down, be that the nature of selling a property or dealing with (any) agents, this has not been a smooth process for us, however, I've found that Sold have been transparent with us and the service from the staff we've worked with has been great. A few people stand out, Jamie being one, and Dipesh another. They realise that they're dealing with people in what can be highly stressful situations, and have a level of empathy that I didn't necessarily expect, but came to appreciate. Thankfully I won't be buying or selling again soon, but if it came to it, I would work with Dipesh and Sold again. Edited 12/09: I have upgraded my initial review from 4 to 5 stars, in the days leading up to completion, Dipesh went above and beyond with the service and contact provided, I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Sold! if your circumstances allow!

Aug 31,2023I just bought my first house using Tina Arkan through Sold. From the beginning they were very efficient and on top of things from both mine and the seller’s end. I had some things take a while on my side and she called often for updates and to see how things were going, which I’m sure the seller also appreciated. Whilst I hope I won’t be selling or buying again anytime soon, I would definitely consider them in future.
