Aug 29,2023First of all I want to say a massive thank you to everyone at SOLD for completing on my buy-to-let property inside the agreed 12-week period and for doing a fantastic job. I have to say that having a Sales Progressor like Amy Flint is important as she played a key role in liaising with the buyer’s solicitors and provided me with updates on how everything was going. Even when on the original completion date in late July, she offered to chase the buyer’s solicitor and then let me know that they expect to complete a month later and she would email/call me to keep me in the loop. She is very professional and is very prompt in answering correspondence, it was great to work with her in getting the sale over the line last Friday (25/08/2023). I will most DEFINITELY call upon SOLD again in the future.

Tina Arkan was absolutely amazing, always answered my calls responded to emails so quickly she was literally brilliant, Thank you so much for all your hard work!!!!

Aug 25,2023Just sold my property through Sold.co.uk. My property was up for less than a day before they found me a buyer who was willing buy a house with tenants in situ. They were professional and kept me up to date with everything along the way. From my experience, I would definitely recommend.

Aug 24,2023Initially my impression was rather poor, due to the lack of communication (a general lack of response to emails & phone calls etc) However, I was then assigned a sales processor called Amy Flint who ‘saved the day’ & in so doing, my custom too! Amy was professional & very communicative, she responded quickly to my emails/phone calls & gave me regular updates. If only all businesses had an ‘Amy’!! Many thanks 😊 👍

Aug 22,2023Amy has been my point of contact throughout the sale process and has been really good at keeping me in the loop and chasing the solicitors. The buyers solicitor was a nightmare with missing searches and finding out as we went to exchange so that delayed things for a few weeks but Amy did the chasing for me , I noticed a big difference when Amy was on holiday last week as I had to chase my solicitor constantly for updates which were not very forthcoming which showed me what a good job Amy was doing

Aug 19,2023I started to fill in their “instant valuation” form until I realised it was just a ploy to get hold of my details. I didn’t submit or complete the form, yet they data captured my personal information and called me to arrange a telephone valuation. Silly me went ahead, a very aggressive man called from a London number and talked across me the whole time. I live in the Midlands. He said he was an expert and that my property was over valued by local estate agents. He doesn't live anywhere near me or know anything about the area. He said my detached house with parking for three vehicles wasn't worth anymore than a semi detached house without any parking and that I needed to reduce the price. I have never heard anything like that before to justify undervaluing a property. He played mind games to try and manipulate and scare me to sell my house well below the valuation. In fact he was trying so hard to force me to sell my house cheaper through sold.co.uk, he missed important details about a new extension. Nevertheless he still argued it is overvalued and refused to market unless I reduce the price substantially. However, I only asked for a valuation. Instead I got patronizing mind games intended to bully me into selling my house for well under the valuation of five local estate agents. He said they are all wrong and he is right. He kept asking me why I thought my house was worth x amount. Five local estate agents valued my house not me. I went ahead with one agent. He said I haven't had any viewings because it is overvalued. However, its only been on the market a few weeks. The valuation is a guide only, people can make any offer they want. Anyway compared with what is for sale and selling in my area, the price seems about right and is negotiable. When I managed to get a word in and complained, he said he would remove my number from their marketing list and told me to get back in touch if I was willing to sell a lot cheaper. I told him I will never sell anything through sold.co.uk and wanted to end the call. I was sick of him repeating himself and talking across me. He was rude, aggressive, arrogant and a verbally manipulative bully. I will never use sold.co.uk, this is a shady pushy organization that tries to manipulate and bully homeowners to under sell their properties with aggressive, tactical mind games. Don't use sold.co.uk, they will undersell your property to line their pockets at your expense and claim they are the fastest selling estate agent in the UK again at your expense. Would you believe they are trying to get this review removed. I recorded the phone call and I can prove everything that man said is true. If it is removed there are plenty more review sites, people need to be warned about organizations like sold.co.uk.

Aug 29,2023Nyan and Thea have been the most attentive and helpful people with helping me sell my property. Due to a relationship breakdown and not having much contact Nyan ensures to update me regularly to keep ya both in the loop which is perfect peace of mind and with theas reassuring phone calls to also keep us updated it has made this process even tho it’s not finished yet smooth sailing and I can relax knowing it’s all at hand.
