Jan 11,2023I completed a form online as I am interested in selling my property. At the end of the form, you are prompted to agree to the terms and conditions before proceeding. As no terms and conditions are published anywhere online that I can find, I decided not to bother as I didn't know what I was signing up to/with whom my details were being shared. Within minutes, I got a dodgy phone call from "we buy any home" with a recorded message about my details being passed on! A few hours later, I got a call from Bilal (I think?) at Sold.co.uk. I explained to him that I had not sent the enquiry as I am not willing to share my details without seeing a copy of the terms. He repeatedly told me that he doesn't work for the IT department but would put me in touch with a valuer. I tried to explain that I simply wanted to see the terms which I had apparently signed up to, despite not pressing the button, and he hung up on me. So they take and pass on your details to third parties without your consent, then they hang up on you. Great first impression!

Jan 10,2023Recently used this agency and was pleasantly surprised as to how professional and competent they were. We were primarily dealing with a lady called Amy Flint, and she was very good in answering all our queries and pushing the job through. We were in the NW and they are in London but this did not matter as they are always available by phone or email, and if they are in a meeting they call you back straight away. Very good service. Would definitely recommend them.

Dec 17,2022I went to see the property on Saturday 12/11/22. I made the offer on the same day via email. On Monday 14/11 Sebastian from Sold called me to inform me that sellers accepted my offer. They proposed excellent mortgage broker Priyesh from City Mortgage Solutions and a conveyancer Luke from WYM legal representing the seller to quickly complete the transaction. They were looking to complete the transaction within 6 weeks. I was sceptical at the beginning as I knew that was a very tight deadline but I went along with it. I have paid £1000 deposit to get property of the market and from that point I was in constant communication via email with broker, solicitor and Tina Arkan from Sold who took charge of the whole transaction. Everyone ensured things are done as quickly as possible. I have sent requested documents to all parties as soon as I could and all parties ensured they were processed in a timely manner. Tina answered any questions that I had and arranged access to property to do gas/electricity inspection when requested. On 16/12/22 I got my keys and I ll be spending Christmas in a new home. 34 days- this is how long it took me to buy a house thanks to everyone involved !!! Chapeau bas! Eternal thanks.

I had so many questions as this is my first house purchase and when I couldn’t get a response from my solicitor, Amy filled me in on what means what. Without Amy I would have been a stressy mess, so huge thank you to keeping me sane!

Nov 26,2022We bought a house through this company which was used by the seller. Dahnish was the negotiator who arranged a viewing and accepted our offer and arranged the deposit. We paid a £1000 deposit to have the property taken off the market, which we were keen to pay since we had been gazumped on a previous property. If we had not completed, without a serious reason, we would have lost that deposit which would have been given to the seller. If the seller had withdrawn what would we have got? Tina Arken the progressor, was absolutely first class. Tina phoned to introduce herself early in the process. A good go between, all of the parties including our solicitor and theirs. Quick to respond to emails, and quick to pick up her phone. If I were selling or buying a property I would definitely want to use this estate agent. Thanks again Tina.

Nov 18,2022Whilst I would recommend selling with sold I highly recommend you are 100% clear on their business model and not just accept what the on boarder tells you ! We agreed what we thought was a minimum guaranteed price to then find that anything over that they put in their pockets. We weren't happy that they looked to make 10,000 on our sale especially as we had to.pay out a substantial amount for work on the property part way through. They did however reach a agreement with us on this . We have lots of viewings in a short space of time and sold quickly. Our sales progressor Amy was fantastic and kept us well informed . She's a credit to the company !!!

Nov 12,2022Never use this company. Multiple lies and extremely difficult to communicate with. I verbally asked them not to list my property at a price and then emailed multiple times but they went ahead and did it anyway. Then after a day of trying to get hold them they said they got their wires crossed. Not able to offer any feedback on viewings also just said had no calls

Nov 09,2022Dipesh and the team at Sold were very good at communicating and keeping me in touch with the Sale process. However, although I have given 5 stars to the Sold team, I was disappointed with the Legal Team (WYM) they use ( ‘Sold’ paid for my legal fees). I had to go to Dipesh to ask any questions that I didn’t understand. as the legal team were not good at direct communication.
