Aug 19,2020Poor communication, incorrect information provided and messed up a viewing i.e. unable to gain access to a property. Why anyone would choose to sell through this company is beyond me. No wonder the majority of people choose high street agents.

Aug 15,2020Tried on several occasion to make contact post a viewing but no response, when I left a message and sent an email received a call 2 days later to be told there was a higher offer.......but didn't allow me to couter offer. The personal, professional service you get with a high street estate agent is not there....... they are a waste of time if you want a professional response.

Aug 13,2020Absolute waste of time. They listed my property using just a screenshot from Google streetview and made no arrangements for any other photos to be taken. They attempted to arrange one viewing. When I said I was unavailable I then never heard back from them about rearranging it. After four weeks without anything happening I cancelled my contract with them and found a new agent.

Aug 01,2020I have been trying to get a viewing with this company and I just cant get through to anyone who can actually schedule a viewing for me. Such a shame too because we are really interested in a house they are advertising.

Jul 31,2020I viewed a house for sale with this company,(on the first day). tried to put in an offer but was told, It had already had an offer accepted, (at a very cheap price) and had been taken down.

Jul 22,2020I recently tried to sell my house using We Buy Any House . Com During that process I was informed that they would only be able to offer up to 80% of the market value which was not going to be enough for me and then THEY suggested I try their sister company Sold.Co.Uk what a mistake that was. I was contacted by Haydn the Customer Care Manager who said the following" Hi Chris, As we discussed just now, I can confirm that we can market *************** for offers in excess of £500,000. We have reached this figure by conducting extensive research into your property, the local market and cross-referencing this against our database of pre-qualified buyers. This means that we will find you a buyer that will achieve you a sale of £500,000 within 30 days." Which although I was taking a £59,950 drop on my existing price sounded like he could do what he promised through his network of investors. So we agreed and put our house on the market with Sold. During the first 30 days we received two viewings one of which lead to an offer of £485000 well below the offers in excess of price which Haydn had suggested he could achieve. After about 3 weeks we became suspicious as none of our emails were being responded to we tried calling, emailing. We even tried calling as potential buyers but still had no calls or emails returned. They were using a telephone answering service!! Then we had an email from Tushar, Head of Sales apologising for the lack of communication but explaining that they "We are hugely inundated with enquiries since lockdown opened and have been trying to get through to as many enquiries as possible." Well they hadn't got to my property! Even yesterday as our contract was coming to an end I get a final email from Tushar stating "I have been out of office hence my reply coming to you today." this is a week after the last communication!! Avoid avoid avoid!. All of this has been very carefully documented by myself and I can prove everything I have stated is 100% truthful.
