Towards the end of the sales process they acted impartiality and professionally to answer my questions and progress any queries. Despite dealing with a number of team members at SOLD there was a good continuation and I always felt up to date.

They sorted out everything for me I barely had to lift a finger, took away all the stress. As you can imagine selling a property can be very daunting, having a group of experts (especially Jamie) on your side takes away all of that haunting experience with simple sales! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Dipesh has been so helpful and really understands what a stressful thing it is to move house and goes above and beyond.

Sep 03,2020I was interested in an apartment for sale in HX3.I rang them twice last week as I wanted to view it. 2 different people took my details but I heard nothing so emailed them on Tuesday. They replied saying they'd be in touch within 24 hours. Heard nothing. Just looked on Rightmove and the apartment is showing as sold! This tells me they have been fobbing me off plus they might have got a higher offer- usually helps if interested parties are allowed to view!

Oct 15,2020All the staff I dealt with at Sold were very polite. A big negative when myself and potential buyers tried to contact Sold there was no reply. I felt for the fees they charged the sale should have been driven alot more.
