Feb 08,2025My purchase was delivered within 48 hours - though a weekend- after my order. They delivered it on time as they scheduled and promised it. I was sent a mistaken text message to contact the Customer Services about my card details, but when I contacted them, they realised their mistake and sorted it out within a minute.

Feb 08,2025A few issues at first as the electrical cable of the washing machine had been damaged during installation causing the machine to trip my electrics. However the response from Sonic Direct was spot on. They arranged a new replacement with next day delivery, and returned my installation costs. Would definitely use again.
