Feb 05,2025The delivery driver Sanedeep and his partner Zulfi were very polite and friendly, they rang before the delivery to let me know they were on their way and time of arrival, when they arrived the were very quick and professional as well as careful not to damage the delivery or any items on my property. I would certainly recommend Sonic for buying electrical items and recommend their delivery service.

Feb 05,2025From the start being able to speak to a real person who works at the place was very helpful. Placing the order was easy. The day of the delivery a time slot was given, a phone call half an hour before the delivery was due to arrive and the delivery men were fantastic putting what I had ordered where I requested. A fantastic experience all round, a pleasure to do business with and would recommend them.

Feb 05,2025For a start the appliance I wished to purchase is discontinued so it took some time to find a retailer who had it in stock. Luckily Sonic Direct had one available. Not only that, it was delivered the next day which was a Saturday!!! A very smooth transaction from start to finish.

Feb 04,2025I was updated regularly re arrival times and phoned by the driver 30 mins before arrival. My American fridgefreezer was delivered by Sangdeep & Zulfi. They were extreamly polite and very experienced in unpacking and moving this extreamley heavy and large item through my front door, hallway and into my kitchen. They were very concious of not damaging anything in the house and not scratching my new fridgefreezer and took all the packerging away with them Excellent service!!!
