Feb 04,2025I rang to order a new cooker, spoke to a gentleman who was helpful. I wanted the full works, order, delivery, remove all packaging, remove old cooker and take away cooker and all packaging. I paid for cooker and was informed the gas fitter would contact me direct to arrange delivery etc and price for fitting etc.Sure enough he rang and arrived with the cooker, fitted it and left the old one and all packaging outside the back door, informing me someone would be here the day after to remove, I had to go out but when I came back at lunch time, the cooker had gone but all the packaging was still there blowing all around the garden !!! My daughter ended up taking this to the waste site for me. Nevertheless he was a reasonable chap showed me how to use said cooker and did clean up after himself in the Kitchen.

Feb 03,2025Had a washing machine and microwave down for delivery to my disabled sisters first floor flat which sonic rang me and I told them about the stairs plus stairleft at the bottom of the stairs and the sales person told me that's not a problem.The driver then turned up and ask my sister if she could remove the stairlift so they could take the washing machine up then they rang me to say they couldn't deliver it so I told them to take them both back went to curry's and me and my son carried it up the stairs with the stairlift in place and I'm 67.Still waiting for a refund 5 days after the event do not recommend these.

Not only did they match - and beat! - the best price of the dishwasher I just bought from them but Haneef (who removed the old one, delivered and installed the new one) was polite, helpful, quick and cleaned up. If I need something else I will go back to them again!

Feb 03,2025Bought a Stove range induction cooker 13/12/2024 and it became faulty 3/1/2025 SonicDirect are not interested and to-date despite numberous calls, no one has been out to repair or even inspect the appliance. We are suppose to get an engineer to call on the 15/2/2025 but this is the fourth date we have been given.

Feb 03,2025We were looking for a chest freezer of a specific size and the staff were very helpful in finding us the right one. Two obliging members of staff wheeled it to our car and managed to manoeuvre it in, so we could take it straight home. The price was very reasonable too, so thank you Sonic.

The delivery was excellent and without any problems. We will certainly recommend Sonic Bradford to our neighbours & friends.

Feb 03,2025Has been let down by another provider, had del date, and message to say hob was in its way, no delivery arrived called the company the following day only to be told hob wasn't even in stock. Called Sonic, spoke to a really pleasant and helpful gentleman, he checked hob was in stock and advised would be with me the following day, delivery arrived in less than 24 hrs, and I'm in Hertfordshire, so we'll done Sonic.
