Jan 24,2025I had a faulty fridge freezer and Iain from customer services was really great in explaining what I could do as I had trouble with getting a replacment to fit the space I had he was very patient in waiting till I could move sockets around to get a new space There was a slight problem with pick up, and del with Minde and Maciey as they didn't realise they had a faulty one to pick up and moaned a bit about access even though I'd taken them the easy way but it was all sorted with good humour and we got there in the end

Jan 23,2025We were looking for a fridge freezer, shorter than most to fit in an arched corner of the kitchen. Sonic Direct had one at a good price. The website said they didn't usually deliver to our area but to ring and check. We did and spoke to a very helpful assistant who combined our delivery with another one in our area. He processed the order for us. We had a message the day before giving us a time range and the delivery guys rang us 30 minutes before delivery. They were really helpful, placed it where we needed it, told us how long to leave it for the refrigerant to settle before turning on. To summarise- the sales assistant was really helpful ( sorry I didn't note your name). Delivery team Minde and Maciej were very professional. Overall an easy and very professional sale and delivery and I would definitely reccomend. Thank you
