Jan 27,2025I've ordered a Ninja Kettle on 30th Dec 2024 with Sonic Direct, but unfortunately they've run out of stock (as all the other stores I've been). They've called me in the new year to clarify the situation and ask whether I'd be happy on waiting for the product to be back on stock (keeping my order, same price). I've called them twice to ask about their ETA and they've contacted me once in 3 weeks to keep me updated. When they've got the item back on stock, I've been contacted again and they've managed to schedule my delivery as I've asked. Free shipping! I've tried to buy the same kettle with Currys and Argos, neither of them were able to even fulfil my order, neither keeping the price or offering free shipping. I'd definitely buy from Sonic Direct again.

Jan 27,2025Always found sonic to be good price and fair. My only complaint is delivery charge. Especially when spending over £500. But the lads that delivered and installed my washing machine were very helpful and had it plumbed up in 5 mins which I was very grateful. 5 stars to you lads ⭐️

Jan 27,2025The lad who showed us around the store was great as was the lad who loaded the item into the back of our car. The disappointment was that I did the price comparison, etc online and wanted a make/model that was clearly in stock on their website but when we arrived in store -we were told it was discontinued. Bit of an outdated sales technique - thought we all grew out of that one decades ago!

Jan 26,2025I guess when everything proceeds exactly as you would expect, from sales to delivery and with all courteous people, then five stars is all that you are left with. Except that is, a special mention should go to Minde and his delivery colleague Maciez, who were especially caring when delivering a large refrigerator to me. So, five star rating it is!
