Jan 22,2025We looked at various sites and as Sonic was literally 5 min drive away, it made sence to use Sonic and suport local. It was an all day delivery, however with the local I did not expect the delivery to be 18:20. Prices are competitive

Jan 22,2025I ordered a fridge freezer. I was kept informed of delivery times, even when there was a slight delay. The 2 delivery men went out of their way to fit it in the tight corner where it needed to go. They were polite and friendly at all times.

Jan 22,2025Sonic were very helpful, responsive and gave us a surprisingly quick delivery. A team of two men arrived with exactly the right make and model in perfect condition, unwrapped and took packing away along with old cooker and delivered the new cooker where it needed to be with no fuss and bother. They were also very helpful, making sure everything was OK for us. Hence five stars.

Jan 21,2025I bought a Dyson v8 cordless spent £260 and it only runs for 10 mins I rang the shop about it they told me to bring to the store which I did some1 had a look at the receipt and left me on the counter for a long time with out any explanation the worst was when the manager wasn’t even coming close like you bought it it’s your problem ring the manufacturer.some one could have advised me somthing I had to search the net for solution i only have one thing to say Stop miss selling you item .i bought quite a bit from sonic over the past 10 years and their service was never like this never expected this so disappointed i will definitely be avoiding sonic only because of their bad service i can buy the products els where .

Jan 21,2025After purchasing an American fridge freezer that the delivery people could not get in the house we went back to the store to arrange for a slightly smaller one. Raj the sales assistant sorted us out straight away with one very similar. Delivery was arranged for a day that suited us. The two men who delivered it were a credit to your company. Nothing was too much trouble , they took time and care setting it up for us. We have used your store many times over the years and have always been highly satisfied.
