Jan 20,2025This Washing Machine is probably the Best I have ever bought! The Steam controls and other functions are top Notch! Very quiet and washes perfectly! Delivery was spot on and very friendly! Thanks! I also bought a kettle as my old kettle was a bit dated and Sonic Direct met all requirements!

Jan 19,2025Ordered on the Saturday morning it was delivered next day Sunday morning. Two great lads Sangdeep and Zulfi very polite and cheerful. Rang me 30 minutes before to say on our way. First class service would recommend to others without doubt.

They were punctual, polite, and handled everything with care. The communication was excellent, and they ensured the appliance was safely delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it. Outstanding service from start to finish! Highly recommended!

Jan 19,2025I was looking for a TV to replace my old set. My Son had used Sonic in the past and recommended them. Their website was very easy to negotiate and informative, and I found the model I wanted at a great price and a long Warranty. Communication or lack of is a bugbear of mine but not a problem with this company! Having purchased the TV and booked a delivery date, I received a call from Sonic stating the model was unfortunately out of stock and they would ring me again when back in stock. Being over the Christmas and New Year period I expected a delay but as I wasn't in a rush, it wasn't a problem. I did use their online chat option to check the stock situation, easy to use option and very quick reply, stated supplier had been chased but again time of year was slowing things down. Received a call offering several delivery dates which was set up, stating the delivery team would call when 1/2 hour away, which they did, also message the day before advising of approx time of delivery. Hammad and Zulfi, delivery team, arrived in a Sonic Direct van, phoned me for final directions as we are set back from the road and difficult to find. Very polite people, carried the TV into my hallway, explained paperwork and to keep packing for a while. As delivered in a company van, no sign of damage to the box or contents, a rare thing nowadays. Overall great experience and would highly recommend the company and team 100%.

The price compared to other retailers was also very cheap and the service was was very good overall. The delivery staff were also very helpful and polite.

Jan 19,2025Sale guys where pleasant enough, explained what I was looking for and there were two options one cheap and not particularly good to look at and a delonghi black small range oven that looks great. We were apprehensive regarding buying it as I couldn't find any reviews online regarding the model. The sales guy assured me that I could ring them if there were any issues. Oven came as expected, honestly the worse oven I've ever owned. Everything burns on the bottom under cooks on the top. The timers never worked. I rang sonic direct back told me it's nothing to do with them now and to contact delonghi. Emailed delonghi told me to contact another department, rang that told me to ensure oven is fully pre heated before cooking anything, done this no difference. Bought an oven thermometer and the temperatures don't correlate to the temp dials. Before this I had a Hotpoint cooker for 7 years without issue just looking tired. I wouldn't recommend one of these ovens!
