Feb 16,2025I found exactly the cooker hob I wanted on the SonicDirect website, at a good price and with early delivery. The ordering process was straightforward, and I could choose a delivery date. The hob arrived well-packed in foam polystyrene, waterproofed with polythene film; it was straightforward to fit, and is working well. The only reason for four stars rather than five was that the delivery and tracking could have been better. There was no indication in advance as to when on the allotted day it would arrive, and when it did come the driver left it in the open by the front door and drove off, thus negating the ability to check for any obvious damage before accepting it as per the Ts and Cs.
