The very next day, the price went up, and they had no obligation to honor the previous lower price. However, the team went above and beyond to assist me and ensure I could still purchase the item at the original price. Their communication throughout the process was excellent—prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to come across a company that values its customers so highly and demonstrates such integrity and commitment. Jan 15,2025What a great company to buy from, purchased a fridge freezer online. Delivery when I wanted it to be, was a bit worried about it because of the atrocious under foot conditions. Had absolutely no need to be, got a phone call 30 minutes before arrival. Minde & Maciej arrived on time threw sand down installed new one and took old one away in a matter of minutes fantastic service.
