Jan 15,2025After 14 years our Miele fridge freezer stopped working just before Christmas. We trawled through numerous sites looking for the updated model or a similar one from another supplier. It became apparent the Miele and Liebherr were one and the same. I used pricerunner for a search (been a while since I used that search engine) but up popped Sonic Direct with a fantastic price for a new Liebherr fridge freezer, albeit not the current model, though still 2024. Normally when a price is too good to be true you think it’s a scam, or they’ve sold out but I called and spoke with Andy who confirmed the price. Unfortunately they do not deliver to London (they are based in Bradford) but Andy suggested I try Shiply and arrange my own collection. A couple of emails and phone calls later and I had ordered the fridge freezer. The Shiply courier collected it and delivered it a couple of days later. I was slightly nervous that it was used/ damaged etc but it was brand new in the box and it’s now set up and chilling. I wasn’t fussed that it was the previous model - otter retailers are still selling that model online. Without exaggeration it was half the price of all the other online retailers. One said it was less than their cost price! Andy was excellent throughout the process. Patient too, even when o changed my mind and swapped to another order immediately after placing the order.

Message the day before with a 3 hour time slot. Then a call from driver 1/2 hour before he was due to deliver to confirm time. Highly recommend very efficient service from ordering through to delivery

Found these guys and it was in stock ready to take away and it was cheaper. Unfortunately when I got it home and installed it was faulty,on return to the store it was exchanged without question. Overall a brilliant service and will definitely be using these for all my future electrical needs

Jan 14,2025Good reviews from other customers proved spot on! I followed a link from the "Which" magazine to Sonic's website, with a £60 cheaper price than other suppliers. No extra delivery charges were incurred and next day delivery was excellent. The Samsung microwave is modern looking and very efficient. A happy customer!!!
