Jan 14,2025Ordered a washer dryer from sonic directs website which was easy to use and had clear delivery options. Delivery was made on the day of my choice and I was given a 2 hour time slot on the day with a phone call 30 mins before delivery! Jazz and sangdeep were fantastic and even in horrendous snowy and icy conditions delivered my washer/dryer on time with a smile on there faces! Thank you so much would highly recommend this company and will be back whenever I need anything else.

Jan 14,2025Good personal phone communication about delivery. Careful and polite delivery men, on time. Lovely new fridge freezer! I had to reverse the doors myself however. I had asked in a message box but no one rang to say you can’t have door reversal when ordering online. So if you need door reversal you have to order by phone. I have fed back that this is not clear on the website. Apart from that, very happy with my experience and the product.

The item was well packaged, and delivered in the 2 hour window that was emailed in the morning of the day. Perfect performance.
