Twice now I have bought a cheese and egg rosti (from 2 different stores) and had the wonderful surprise of bacon. Got to say as a vegetarian this isn't on. The first time I went back to the store to complain, was told there was no manager on site and if I left my details they would get in touch we me. Needless to say this never happened and I'm not going to waste my time going back this time. After the pret a manger with the poppy seeds you'd think companies would be paying more attention to avoid such slip ups.
Why have you allowed Ezeecopy to claim they were your exclusive suppliers and con £1000s out of innocent victims. Where they exclusively supplying you? If not what are you doing to save the victims being taken to court based on signing a contract because they used your logo? Are you prosecuting for fraud?
Euro garage spar Speke review - Haz and Alam were the kindest to us even after being stuck in work rather than being with their lovely families on New Years Eve, if you both see this thank you from Harry and Lauren xxx
Absolutely awful customer service from Spar in Carbrooke, Norfolk. Today I purchased '10 mini cheese and onion rolls' for my lunch. I was really looking forward to them. I bit into one and it didn't taste right, I gave one to my colleague and he confirmed it was sausage. If I had wanted a sausage roll I would bloody buy sausage rolls!! I am a strict vegetarian, I have an awful reaction when I eat meat. Do not trust their labelling!! Luckily I just have an upset stomach. It could have been far worse. I obviously returned them. I asked to speak to the manager. I ended up speaking to a supervisor. A pretty useless one at that! He did not offer me an apology, he couldn't even give me a refund! All he did was put a note on the assistant managers desk. I used to be a regular and get my lunch there everyday. Not anymore.
I have a spar shop near to where I live and the prices they charge are daylight robbery !!! Every single item is overpriced !!! I would only go in there if it was the last resort. Staff are very trash as well. Damn right rude as well. Definitely not recommended to anyone.
Will somebody please come to our local Spar Store and please please please, help them with front of house manners. I have never been to such a poor, unpleasant and rude place as this. I don't want anything on "Special Offer" I only want whats in the basket. I do not need to be told "I hope you have a better day tomorrow than what you are having today". I don't want out of date pancakes or any other food for that matter. I don't need to be spoken to or served by unpleasant staff and I certainly do not need to be kept hanging about waiting for someone to come on the tills to take my shopping whilst you are all gassing in a corner. Please Spar send your staff on some training and smarten them up its off putting to the shopper going into the store
Purchased milk that was like cream cheese. I complained to SPAR customer services and they disowned the responsibility. The shop was branded SPAR and the 2 litre milk carton was branded SPAR however SPAR customer services stated that all SPAR shops are independent franchise and that I should go back to the shop where I purchased the milk. However Its not exactly my local I got milk on the way home from work. SPAR happy to rake the money in on a franchise and happy to brand crappy milk. Not happy that someone complained it might mean they have to do something. Not a problem I will just not use them and I advise everyone to avoid the uncaring SPAR brand also.
Just been to the shop, not replying to hello, aggressive attitude, slapping hard on the till as she addressed me...amazingly not professional, never been received like that in a shop. Won't go again...
Bought a BLT baguette and it was full of lettuce to make it look filled! Three slices of tomato and the equivalent of one and a half pieces of streaky bacon placed across the top! Not the first disappointment but defiantly the last purchase from there! Rhosddu Wrexham.
Wherever I have lived, I have always lived near a Spar shop. They do virtually everything, wines and spirits, cooked meats, tea and coffee, sweets, crisps, lottery, electric top ups, phone top ups and even travel card top ups. They even have the post office in there which is really handy too. There is one over the road from where I live and I have lived over from it for 35 of my 48 years on the planet. I've become friends with many of the staff, past and present. They're a real friendly bunch. They've always got special offers on and there is now even a branch of Subway in there. It's always jam packed.
I bought a petrol this morning and i ask for the tesco point receipts the lady said they did not give any tesco points receipts i was thinking what kind of shop is this? I was talking to Spar Castle Lane East ( Esso Petrol Station )
Very very overpriced but do have lots of stock I do prefer to go to other places since the prices are so ridiculous But on the plus side they do collect+
I have just spent an hour online trying to find out how much Spar charges for Pinot Grigio and am none the wiser. Why is this? It's not some secret code that has to be kept from our enemies for the security of the country. It's how much is a bottle of Pinot Grigio. Get it together FFS.
Our local spar in Cannington appear not to care that they are advertising a product (washing powder) for a bargain price of £5 when in fact at the till customers are charged £8 for it. I pointed this out earlier in the week and called in again today and nothing has been changed. Unless customers actively check their receipts they do not know that they are being done!
Went in to buy cat food, the guy said I have never heard of it
Spar policies are terrible - they treat customers like criminals and don't care what customers think - especially in warrington it seems that staff have no common sense. We shopped there for years before being treated like common criminals for dropping a yogurt on the floor! So we now shop at the local co-op! Better prices and much nicer staff - and of course they don't have draconian policies which make the general public into a cashcow and nothing more. Shop at the Co-op for better service all round...Spar.co.uk also don't rspond to complaints so if you do fall foul of their policies you are on your own - they simply don't care

Mar 31,2019rip off central what more can one say. Tesco sell sparkling flavoured water 3 for 1 pound versus spar shop selling their flavoured sparkling at 89p or 1.29. I'm confused they sell the same product as everybody else supermarket wise yet charge sometimes double the price. The directors and owners must be laughing their way to the bank. You would think government would regulate how much companies can Rip off consumers... PS I would of given a 0 star if possible!!
