This my first time ordering through them and of course I underestimated the size of my dog. The customer service was timely with their replies and were amazing when it came to getting my dog his correct size!
The pajamas and hoodies that I have ordered for my pups are so soft and comfy feeling. I love them. But above the quality of the product, is the quality and actual human touch/care of the customer service. I was blown away by my interaction and I will not go anywhere else now! Truly 10 stars, but the only option is 5.

When I saw that if I needed to exchange for size that it would be free, I felt comfortable ordering. I ordered using the sizing guidelines but the item was too small. When I contacted the company by email (the only way I could find to contact them), the response took a day. When I responded, their second response took a day. That’s a very long turnaround time. But the real issue was that the CS rep told me the larger size I needed was out of stock and they didn’t know when/if they’d be getting more. This was part of a human/dog matching set so I’d have to replace the whole bunch of them instead of just the dog PJs. Ugh. I went over to their site to look at other pattern options and lo and behold, the larger size I needed was in stock after all. I placed the order and the next day (because I guess all of their communications have a one day delay) I got a confirmation that it was shipping. It isn’t really easy to do business with them. Honestly it felt a little bait and switch about the free replacement and the delay in communications is aggravating so I’ll probably just find a friend with a smaller dog and give them the PJs that are in the wrong size. But they are adorable and super soft so I guess in the end it will all work out, with a little more hit to my wallet than anticipated.

I placed an order online but realised immediately once i got the email confirmation, that the size of the harness didn't update correctly before i put it into basket (i needed a large, which i had selected but seems it didn't save and defaulted back to small). I emailed Spark Paws immediately and was told in an automated email that i would be contacted within 24 hours due to busy time of year w/holiday season. I wasn't contacted and sent a reminder mail next day, again with no response and now the order has shipped. I now expect to receive an €85 order that will be no use to me and which will be difficult for me to return from Europe. Would recommend you provide a more realistic SLA on your auto replies. Update: I have requested return/exchange details 4 times on email now in the last 2 weeks, and every time they respond, I'm asked if I'm sure I want to return /exchange and if so let them know and they will then send the info. I reply yes and they tell me I can make the harnes bigger by extending it. I tell them it won't work as it's a small harness for an 80lb dog so please send the return details. I'm then asked again if I'm sure I want to return. I feel like I'm stuck on a hamster wheel going in circles.
When I placed my order, I realized I should’ve got a medium instead of the small. I then emailed you guys and you guys still shipped out the small when it was sufficient enough notice. I emailed you as soon as I seen that and it still took you a couple days to ship out then you shipped out the wrong product so I’m kind of upset to be honest. I think that was very poor Customer Service that nobody got back to me and that there’s no phone number for me to contact anybody.

Spark Paws customer service is top notch!!! I was so hesitant bc I saw this as on IG but I took a chance and placed an order. I made a mistake and only ordered the human hoodies and didn’t realize the dog one didn’t go through. Spark Paw customer service was very responsive and explained MY mistake. I placed another order and praying it gets here by Christmas. If not, that’s ok bc Spark Paw tried to help me. The sweatshirt I did receive is super soft and great quality. Can’t wait to give it to my son for Christmas!!

Customer service was fantastic. I wasn't sure what size jacket to order for our Dobie. I watched the video on how to measure for a good fit. Customer service checked the measurements I had an suggested what size would be perfect. They didn't have the size I needed in stock. CS told me to keep checking their website to see when the size would be restocked. Within 3-4 days the jacket was back in stock. It is on the way. Can't wait to put it on our Dobie for him to stay nice and warm outdoors with us since he HATES the cold. Thank you Spark Paws for such excellent service.
It does take 2 weeks to arrive but aside from that amazing experience overall. Their advisors were on spot helping me decide the sizes to get. The sweater is of very high quality and absolutely beautiful!! For sure will order more!! 😍 The harness is also top quality but it’s indeed a bit heavy, especially for my dog that has spondylosis so any heavy weight on her back impacts her wellbeing. So I’ll return it and probably get another sweater and a jacket.
Great communication with customer service
Delivery is extremely slow and hard to track. Been over 3 weeks and have no clue where it’s at.
