Feb 13,2025Das Geschirr sitzt nicht gut, es wird direkt aus China versandt (was nirgends steht). Es wird mit supereinfacher Rücksendung geworben, was meiner Meinung nach nicht stimmt, da man die Rücksendung selbst etikettieren und bezahlen muss (in die USA). Nicht zu empfehlen.

Feb 12,2025I purchased some nice products from here but one of the pjs for my dog did not fit and although they say first time returns are free you have to take care of everything so they are not being completely truthful. Returning items is a hassle and they are very particular- rather order from Amazon!!

Feb 06,2025Habe 2 Geschirr- Sets und 2 Haldsbänder bestellt, genau wie angegeben kam die Ware. Bestellt wurde diese im Oktober 2024 doch bevor ich ein Feedback abgeben wollte ich die Ware erst testen. Die Produkte sind toll verarbeitet, fühlen sich auch sehr angenehm an und die Leinen wen man gezogen wurde schneiden nicht ein. Meine beiden Jungs wurden komplett wie auf der Seite beschrieben vermessen, Größe M hätte passen sollen, allerdings der Brustgurt ist nicht verstellbar und hier ein wenig zu groß, was leider dafür sorgt das, dass Geschirr wen man den Vorderen Hacken benutzt der dafür sorgen soll das die Hunde nicht ziehen, verrutscht und somit die diese Funktion nicht geben ist. Somit war die erste Ernüchterung groß, da es bis auf den vorderen Teil gepasst hat aber dachte naja egal an sich ist es ja schön und wertig und ohne die Funktion naja egal. Und nun ein halbes Jahr später die größte Ernüchterung der Verschluss der Halsbänder geht auf. Ich mache die Leine am Halsband fest und nutze das Geschirr nur noch zum wandern, Auto fahren und joggen. Ich habe es jedes Mal kontrolliert ob die Halsbänder zu sind und dann mitten im spazieren gehen geht der Verschluss einfach auf und man hat beides in der Hand und der Hund geht weiter, bei Hunden die nicht Abruf bar sind ist das sicher nicht so schön wen der Hund dann über alle Berge ist. Also an sich sind es schöne Produkte aber leider scheint der Verschluss der Halsbänder nicht sehr langlebig also mussten neue Halsbänder her da es nicht einmal passiert ist sonder mehr als 5 mal pro Halsband was bei den Preisen sehr schade ist.

Feb 06,2025Seit 2 Monaten tu ich mit der Bestellung rum. Erst habe ich meine Bestellung nach 3 Wochen erst erhalten und habe auch nur durch die Tracking Verfolgung gesehen das die Artikel aus China kommen, sonst hätte ich da nie bestellt. Dann wollte ich alles zurück schicken da sie viel zu klein sind obwohl mein Hund die Größe hat bei anderen Firmen, und dann muss ich die retoure noch selbst zahlen. Habe ich machen wollen, allerdings nimmt dhl keine Tüten an, nur Pakete aber da die Sachen nur in Tüten geschickt werden kann ich’s nicht zurück senden. Auf meinen Wunsch mir ein retouren Etikett zu schicken auf meine Kosten, wird nicht eingegangen und immer darauf hingewiesen das ich’s wo anders probieren soll. Bin dann zu ups 20km weit gefahren, die konnten das Paket auch nicht zurück schicken. Niemals würde ich den Shop jemandem empfehlen, Kauft da niemals etwas ein

Feb 05,20250 Sterne wären hier angemessener. Die Produkte haben sich nicht gut angefühlt und haben von der Größe auch nicht gepasst, weswegen ich sie zurückgegeben habe. Für 35€ würde ich etwas mehr Qualität erwarten, wenn auch keine High-End natürlich. Nachdem ich die Retoure angemeldet und auf eigene Kosten die Produkte zurückgesendet habe, ist leider nichts mehr passiert außer Email Pingpong. Am 19.12. ist meine Retoure angekommen & ich habe außer Stress & Email-Verkehr leider noch immer nichts bekommen. Meine Rückerstattung steht noch aus. Ein Paypal Fall ist nun eröffnet und eine Anzeige bei der Polizei halte ich mir weiter offen. Der Kundendienst ist zwar freundlich, aber leider findet sich keine Lösung - obwohl sie so simpel ist. Daher für mich absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Feb 04,2025I would not recommend this company. I ordered products about 2 months ago and yet have not received my product. My son raved about the company so I tried it. I bought while they had a big sale, maybe why I’ve not received. Probably was too good to be true. Although I have reached out multiple times to the company, I have yet to be satisfied. At this point. I just want a refund but was told to confirm with neighbors to see if they received. Needless to say, I’ll never do business with them again.

Feb 02,2025Paid for a couple of items they never arrived had some bogus shipping mailing stuff go through a million times then they wanted me to pay to find out where it was and Transit and turned my money or given me my products this is a total scam spend hours and hours and days and days with AI and then eventually with the odd phone call none of which gave me any satisfaction but to have spent many many hours trying to fix this issue this company is not reliable it is a complete scam if anybody else has these feelings please post as I think people should be aware as most of their stuff is AI I'm not expecting them to proofread or if they do I doubt if they will post this as most companies will not post negative comments

Feb 01,2025While the products seem nice, the entire customer support experience has been awful. I placed an order for 2 items on Jan 11. They arrived quickly, which was great. Unfortunately, neither item fit, although I measured my dog according to their website, so I had to reach out to start an exchange. There is no phone support though, so each time I had to send an email asking a question, it would take them 24 hours to respond, drawing the process out over several days. In the end, they were taking so long to respond and couldn't seem to give me a straight answer on how to do an exchange for different size items, so I just did a return and ordered the 2 new items separately. It's now Jan 31 and I have received neither a refund for the items I sent back, nor the new items. The order was placed on Jan 12st and the confirmation email says "we will process your order within 3 business days." After a week, I still hadn't received a shipping email so I reached out. 24 hours later they responded and said "upon checking, there was an error on the shipment." They double checked the address, I said it was correct, and they took another 3 days to actually ship it out. No idea what is going on with their customer service, but it's been a terrible experience. Update as of 2/5: still have not received the second order which shipped out 2 weeks ago now, on 1/22. The latest shipping activity says “ Departure from the original airport”, whatever that means.

Liked the first purchase so much that I went back and bought more and bought a hoodie for my sister's dog! Highly recommend especially for our fur babies that are bigger in the chest area and hard to find stuff that fits. Thanks so much Spark Paws and keep up the great work!!

Jan 30,2025With cold weather coming I ordered a Spark Paws hoodie for my service dog. It arrived about 5 to 7 days later. My boy is a little on the small side at 50 to 55 pounds. When I put his hoodie on him, it left a fair amount of dog uncovered. I thought about it for a day or two and then decided to call the company because I had chosen the size based on him being mostly labrador. I ordered the 2XL and there was more dog left to be covered after putting the hoodie on him. I called the company and told them I had chosen the size based on their recommendation. I was delightfully, surprised to find out that they were very accommodating and would send out the the size I could select based on this experience. I chose to go up one size to a 3XL. It arrived, again about 5 to 7 days after talking with them. This time all the dog got covered. I want to talk about the quality of the textile and the attention to detail. The fabric selected is thick and on the outward facing side it is very soft and of good threadcount and quality. It is very soft to the touch which I appreciate. The fabric appears to be of excellent quality and durability. sewn with attention to detail, and I believe it will last for several years. I highly recommend Spark Paws for their excellent customer service and the quality of their merchandise.

Feb 14,2025All of the coats are different sizes so you don't know what you're going to get. Then because it is first exchange only you're stuck not knowing if the next purchase will fit. Emailed customer support and they keep repeating that they're all the same size (when clearly, the two I purchased, were not the same size when I bought both jackets in 4XL). Shipping is from a random location in China. I wouldn't purchase again unfortunately, it's harder for larger dogs.
