We are return customers and love Spark Paws! Our fur baby is a big frenchie and he especially loves the pajamas. We live in the PNW and he’s in them all winter long. We love that we can order by breed & size so the clothes from Spark Paws fit him perfectly! And everyone always comments on how cute he looks in them!
My order was placed Dec 5th and today is Dec 18th…no pkg. If I knew shipping would take this long, I would have ordered from another place. Of course we are leaving for a few days and it will probably be delivered then.

My original order was placed on November 6th. But was the wrong size. The item was returned for an exchange. It took two weeks back and forth on email to get the exchange processed. Horrible communication! It is now December 17th and the replacement is still in China! Absolutely unacceptable! I would not have purchased if I knew shipping would be this difficult. (If) I get my replacement I sure hope it is perfect.

I still have not received my order and the delivery status shows it is sitting in China. Clearly will not have this before Christmas. Your website should indicate that shipping times take a minimum of 8 weeks, I would have never ordered from you had I known this upfront. The website is quite deceiving since it says it's a US company.
Well.. my friend loves Spark Paws, and so I decided to get a gift card (purchased and confirmed Dec 4) for her dog Willy for Christmas. I hoped to have it ready for Willy for Christmas delivery. My inquiries were responded to by several messages indicating that I had things in my "cart waiting to be purchased" (a gold collar??) Not me. It seems like that card purchase was entered in the system just today (Dec 18) and yet it was confirmed on the 4th ..in plenty of time for delivery. I hope the card arrives before Christmas. I should have followed up about the missing card sooner. My friend loves the Spark Paws products.
It was easy and I found exactly what I needed to protect my English bulldog’s ears from the cold. Their heads just aren’t shaped for hats, so your product is perfect.
Wieder so ein Shop, den ich nicht empfehlen kann. Die Retoure Bedingungen (natürlich im Kleingedruckten) eine Katastrophe. 1 Stern ist noch zu viel! Keine Empfehlung, nie wieder!!!
Ordered November 29, 2024. It is Dec 18th. Package still has not arrived. Definitely the definition of “slow boat from China”!
I purchased this as a gift and bought the complete wrong size. Contacted customer service and they were fantastic to deal with and a new size was quickly sent out. The quality of sweater is great too.
I was so excited to receive the hoodie, the only issue I had was communication with the delivery. Being a bigger size (4xl) it had to directly come from China, instead of from within their USA company. It got lost/stalled someone in Michigan. But I finally received it and it’s so awesome!!
This company has been a dream to work with. I ordered the wrong size and they were super prompt in responding to my email and helping me resolve the situation. 10/10. I'll definitely order more from here
You are selling quality products at a fair price. They look so good on my dogs! I had one problem with one size being wrong. Instead of returning I reordered the correct size plus another to fit my smallest dog.

My purchase experience 9 days after placing my order is that I still have no estimated arrival date. This is shipping from China! When I placed my order on December 9th, I received a "order thank you" email that said I might not receive it by Christmas. OK, but 9 days later, with today's technology, the tracking provided should be able to tell me more than that it is "in transit" from China. I did not see anything prior to ordering, alerting me that the shipment would originate in China and an estimated arrival date would not be provided. It is common practice these days to provide frequent accurate detailed updates regarding when an order will arrive. So, I give 1 star for my experience so far.

Dec 19,2024I haven't received my order. The tracking number you've listed in my tracking info doesn't work at UPS or USPS, even though your tracking info shows both UPS and USPS have been used. I think this is a big scam. Prove me wrong or I'll correct the problem w my cc company.
