Dec 19,2024I got the wrong size for my dog back in October. I sent it back right away and after three weeks I received no notifications from spark paws after emailing about it numerous times. Meanwhile it's December in Nee Mexico and cold and my dogs need jackets. I was finally told to just order another and I'd get a refund if and when spark paws received my return. So I did and the next day was notified that it had been at spark paws for over two weeks. And I had been emailing about it for two weeks. I buy every year from spark paws but this will be the last.

They gave me incorrect tracking info or they shipped it to someone in a completely different state... they would not let me cancel the order that has been in a "Preparing to ship status" for over a week. Edit: I did recieve my order. The jackets are super soft but the sizes ran a little small for the people ones and to "free" exchange there is a $7 "restocking" fee. But the bigger concern is how the jacket makes my little dog extremely itchy. Pro: They look really good! Just like the pictures and feel great. So I'll change my 1 star to 3

Dec 19,2024Everything was amazing!! Quality is 10/10. The material is very high quality and my pup loved it. When I went to return it for being the wrong size, they were quick to get back with me and super nice!!! I even got to keep the clothes I originally purchased and was told I could donate them! 100% will support this business again. The only issue I had was shipping. It came all the way from china and took 17 days!!! I wasn’t expecting it to take that long but it was worth it when I felt the quality.
