Dec 21,2024Amazing customer service when one set was too small on our first purchase. The PJ’s are such good quality great colours on the print. Pugs look super cute We needed large and extra large for 35 and 40 cm backs.

Dec 21,2024I placed an order on December 6 and still to this day have no idea where it is, when it will arrive, nothing. I’ve been emailing the spark paws team for weeks now and all I keep getting told is how sorry they are for the delay. They’re working tirelessly on my order, but yet no one can tell me where it’s at despite asking 10 times now. Based on their website, it stated they were in California but come to find out these items are from China. The tracking info I was sent still shows my package in China as of December 6 and it is now December 20. This is honestly been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online retailer. I am worried now that the item will arrive and what happens if it doesn’t fit? I will never give this company my business ever again!

Dec 20,2024I love Spark Paws! So many cute prints and colors and the sizing is spot on for my Chihuahua who wears a small. The only thing I wish they would change is underneath the belly area, I wish they would make the under belly part a little shorter so that when my male dog goes pee, it won’t stain the sweater.

Dec 20,2024It's a scam. Don't buy anything from Spark Paws. It's been 2 months and I'm still getting the runaround. No shipment, just constant excuses. They ignore my requests for a refund. Will be disputing the purchase with PayPal.

Dec 21,2024When I accidentally ordered the wrong size, this company helped me and ordered the right size for me. They even let me keep the old size I had, which I was able to give to my friend’s dog! The quality of the hoodies are soooo good and it’s so cute, I rlly love it. I’ll definitely order more for my dog!
