Terrible customer service and price gouging. I ordered a Calphalon Stock pot on Amazon through them. 12 hours later , I saw the identical item on Amazon with a different seller for $99. They would NOT price match and would not cancel the order since it “had already been sent out”(On a Sunday,New Years Eve). I would need to pay $9.95 to return ship the item.
1 star is too generous but I can't do 0 stars. I ordered an item via Amazon with next day delivery. It was apperently delivered but the item did not turn up. I contacted them, had a nice apology with the offer of a replacement but in 2 to 3 days. I needed to pick the item up which I purchased on basis of next day. When I pointed out the fact I had next day they just did a refund without my permission. When I said I did not want a refund they said too late it was fully refunded even though they had also said it was 7 days to refund. This was one of the worst customer experiences. Why did they not just simply ask DPD where it was delivered to.
Spreetail has the absolute worst customer service. Their Amazon operations are a complete disaster. They charge customers for products they didn't even order and refuse to give refunds. Spreetail basically steals from people. Be warned.

The company do not send out what you order. Do not order anything from them on Amazon! The company is unprofessional and are ripping people off especially Amazon who have to refund on their behalf. They use Hermes which are the worst courier company in the U.K. They dump parcels anywhere and lie and say handed to the customer. Citizens get rid of these companies and don’t support them.
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE - HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR TO REVIEW 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ Only 1 of 4 parts of the order arrived (all parts were identical). I have emailed MULTIPLE times asking for the other items / details of their dispatch or a refund... ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMMUNICATIONS. Reading the other reviews I see that they are not really bothered with menial things like good customer service. Like many other reviewers, I wish I'd have read the previous reviews before I ordered. I used an intermediary company to make the purchase, have used them before with great success. They state that they do not get involved with transaction issues. 🤔🤦🏻♀️ STEER CLEAR
One star is too good for this company. Ordered a shed yesterday. Paid n full and received my order confirmation. Spreetail much have listed the wrong price so they contacted eBay and lied saying I canceled the order. Tried reaching out to manager. They could care less. Beware FALSE ADVERTISING. Refunding for something you didn’t ship does not sound like a remedy to me. I wish I had seen all these other reviews before I placed my order. Seems like this company is very bad business practices and does not care about customer service. Just another sale or not
Brought a intex sand filter a few months ago and it has now stopped working, contacted spreetail_uk and was told we would refund you the full amount and this was on the 4th October, no refund has arrived and they have since told me it's ebay fault for not processing the refund, contacted ebay and got proof they was lying, so contacted them again and now they're saying ebay need to refund me....the company is an absolute joke. I wished I read reviews before I purchased the filter from them because as you can see from how many times they have done this on here, it proves they're just taking people's money and not caring about there customers, I would avoid this company at all costs, I'm going to leave reviews on every review site possible and on all social media platforms. Also ebay don't care about there customers either, been with them for over 5 years and now I won't order from them either.....
Beware of this company! We ordered a L shape sleeper couch when item was delivered we received 3 boxes which was 2 of the same item and missed the whole 2 seater piece to complete the couch. When contacting the merchant we were told they didn’t have stock when the site still showed there was stock to purchase after continuous chats they offered us £166 to outsource the product ourselves?? After continuous chats since the 10th October no one is able to assist over the phone no one responds to my emails and everyone I chat to via Amazon gives new and different information still without giving us a reference number to track the order! To date this matter is not treated as urgent and they just don’t care yet sitting with all my money and not providing the service expected from them.
Zero if possible! I ordered a J-A jacuzzi for $500+ for my birthday as I was traveling for business. It sat in the box for weeks until 9/28 when I was able to install. Instantly leaked I got the cowardly response it's over 30 days.... Please 3 days over 30 only because I was out of town! Stop selling junk and you wouldn't have to play these games!
Ordered an item over a month ago, and returned it a couple weeks ago due to a leak in the hot tub. They claim that they received something different. I've been waiting for my refund and it still hasn't came. My order number is 114-7511201-3074612.

Subsequent to posting my review, and after having returned the unused product in its original packaging, I am pleased to report that I have been granted a refund equivalent to the purchase price. Original Review: I requested refund of my payment due to the absence of accurate and comprehensive product information on both the website and the packaging. Spreetail, LLC refuses to accept responsibility, and to pay for the Return shipping. I have asked the sites I work with (Overstock.com, Amazon.com, etc.) to remove contents / items provided by this seller from my future product searches.

If I could give them a negative I would. I paid $674 for a Polaris pool vacuum that worked for TWO months and died. It’s completely dead. When I contacted this sham company they said too bad for me my 30 day window was up. DO NOT buy anything from them. They should be shut down. I contacted the BBB and I urge others to do the same.
Received an item addressed to my address in my mother’s name. We never ordered this item and when I contacted the company to inquire why it was sent, I was given instructions to put in a fraud claim on my credit card. As I said over and over, we were not charged. This item just showed up, on a Sunday, from FedEx. A baby pool for infants 1-3 addressed to a 75 year old woman with a traumatic brain injury. Unfortunately, this company seems to not understand and appears to not have any records on items they ship out.
Spreetail is an unbelievably pathetic seller. I ordered a birthday gift through Walmart.ca that was fulfilled (unknowingly to me) by Spreetail. I then received a completely different item. After being directed to Spreetail by Walmart support. I ended up in a circular email exchange with what I can only assume was either poorly trained AI or a human that should be immediately fired. Spreetail just kept telling me that they had shipped the correct item and that I must have mistakenly ordered something completely different (despite my Walmart PO). This went around in circles endlessly; "No I didn't order that", "our system says you did", "but I didn't see the PO?", "are you sure?", "yes I am", "can you confirm its the wrong item?", "yes I can", "our records show it's the item you ordered"... and around we went until I had to get get a drink to help rid myself of the memory of this experience. All I wanted was for them to pick up the wrong thing and send me the right thing. Apparently this (which is kinda their core business) is too much for Spreetail. Pathetic. Stay away and order somewhere else if you get any whiff that your order is moving via this company. Now I don't have the gift for the birthday and have been left depressed by the notion that a contributor to our economy could fail this miserably at their raison d'etre. EDITED: Case and point... See response below. Back to the beginning, again. Unbelievable.
Dreadful company. Please do not use. If I could I would have given zero stars. They have charged me for my order. Failed to deliver it, lied and said I wasn’t in and then ask me to fill in a returns form even though I never received it. AVOID at all costs.
I don’t even want to give a star! If I would have known I would have to pay for my return I would have never bought 3 more 200.00 stools from them!!!!! Now I’m stuck with 2 other stools that they will not pay for shipping back which is the same price as purchasing price! I have never had this problem before with any Amazon purchases. The stools in pictures matched my house in person not so much! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR SURE THATS WHAT YOU WANT!
I ordered through Amazon UK. Spreetail delivered the wrong items, which I had to return at my own cost. Through Amazon I recieved a refund for the items, but have had a wearying and time consuming experience trying to get a refund of the return postage of two large boxes. They kept asking for more and more details: puurchase invoices for items, postage and tracking numbers. All these were supplied as requested. After a month of getting absolutely nowhere despite their continued assurance they were doing their best to help, I received an email staing that theycould not help as they are based in USA and I was in the UK!! If they had bothered to read all the documents I sent, they should have realised at the outset that UK and Great Britain were the other side of the 'Pond' in Europe. Feb 27,2024HORRIBLE customer service and even WORSE communication. This is in regards to a deal with a B-Stock order & pickup. Whoever "Drew" is, is a total ass- rude, no CS skills and worse communication skills. We called, left vm's and then sent an email asking for a call back with NO call back. Pretty difficult to schedule anything when there is no communication. Other B-Stock pickups have gone seamless with friendly staff. Lincoln NE location- you should be embarassed to have someone like this on your staff. And if "Drew" is the boss or owner, I wouldn't want to work for him!!! We will refrain from ever purchasing out of Lincoln again because of this one specific person.
