The whole session was great, I really learned a lot especially on the Labs. Gulfam went above and beyond teaching me new things that is not in the lessons for Network + training.

I have no complaints. The training was well paced, the materials seem to be spot on, and the trainer, Mr. Tom Scott, was an excellent trainer. I think I'm ready for the exam. Let's go!

Even though the class is virtual (which oftentimes makes it harder to pay attention vice in a in-person classroom environment), Tom was able to capture my attention. His testimonies paired with his extensive experience on the subject, made the class material easier to understand and more relatable to the real world. My confidence in being able to pass the certification exam in the near future has greatly increased after going through this bootcamp.

I've never seen such an unprofessional company before. I had an on site training in New York, booked my flight and hotel, everything to get a message cancelling the training. I was patient and even prolonged my stay in New York but they never could give me the training I paid for. It's been 2 months now chasing them for the refund. Just save yourself a bad experience and a lot of money by learning with someone else. At this point this company looks like an absolute scam to me. I will take them to court if necessary to get my money back.

The training was well received and needed. We did get some feedback from several first-line supervisors of ways we could make the experience even better. One suggestion was to only allow the first-line supervisors in the room. It appears some of the participants felt that they were not comfortable asking questions with the 2 levels of management who were also in the room. We will definitely take those comments to heart! From my vantage point, I have a few comments regarding the experience, etc. I thought the first class conducted in August had handouts, but we had to copy the handouts for the speaker. We pointed this out as a problem. So, the 2nd class we had in October, the speaker came with NO handouts. Had I not printed the agenda in advance of the training, the participants would not have had anything. The speaker did forward her presentation to us after the class. This helped since several of participants were trying to take pictures of the presentation or write notes. I would like to suggest that the speaker should come with handouts on the topic(s) to be discussed. That way, the participants can jot their notes on their copy of the handouts. Another suggestion has been made that we have more hands-on exercises for the participants to do. Although the agenda I received indicated that at least 2 exercises would be conducted, these exercises were still in the form of a presentation where the speaker went through the items. I attended the morning 4-hour session. So, I solicited input from the participants which helped. However, I think it is important for the audience to grasp the topic by getting them to participate in the discussion. We are looking for ways to help our first-line supervisors better understand his/her responsibilities. A suggestion was made that we should/could provide more information on the front end regarding the topic to be discussed so that the speaker can relate more to what we are hoping to achieve. We will also look at ways we can help the speaker in this manner, too.

The organizer did not adequately prepare the venue, despite the fact that the material presented included several visual representations and calculations that required the use of a whiteboard. However, the space provided was a small co-working room measuring only 1x2 meters, furnished with a small round table and two chairs. Additionally, no snacks or supporting facilities were offered, which was surprising given the high cost of the course. Furthermore, the organizer provided only a single shared account for accessing the Comptia+ Data Lab, which had to be used by five participants simultaneously. This significantly hindered the ability of the attendees to fully explore and engage with the exercises.

The training provided by Sprintzeal was comprehensive they have review materials to prepare the candidate before taking the PMP exam. I will be taking it in about a month so hopefully it will be good news but I am confident that the materials learned plus the supplemental resources they have provided will be a fruitful one.

I had a great experience taking the CISSP course with instructor Tom Scott. His extensive cybersecurity knowledge, drawn from years of industry experience, made the material relevant and practical. What really stood out was his ability to turn a dry subject into something engaging and entertaining. He used real-world examples, humor, and interactive discussions to make complex topics easier to grasp.

The instructor for the CISSP class was very knowledgeable and had a lot of work experience to help to explain and demonstrate many of the concepts and topics during the course. The instructor was also very current on cybersecurity incidents and was able to use those events to illustrate the concepts presented in the course. The course material (eBook) was the latest version available. Our course also came with 2 vouchers that will come in handy when I'm ready to attempt the CISSP exam.

The stories made the course fun and real when used for real life examples. The shortening of materials gives you good baseline on diving in to study more in depth. CISSP is a tough one and you'll need all the help you can get.
