Sep 24,2024Wasnt what i was expecting, Training arranged by my place of work and i was sent for "classroom" based training, as this was my preferred choice, upon arrival it was only me and the tutor. No-one else was there. This had pro's and con's to the whole process, i chose the classroom as i would of liked the social aspect and hearing other peoples questions / own experiences would have been nice and may have opened my eyes to a new way of thinking about certian aspects of the course, it turned into a personal tutoring session this was not what i wanted or enjoyed. The tutor was very knowledgable in some areas of the course and providing real life experiences in previous jobs that helped me understand and absorb the information, but in other areas it felt lacking and simply reading the PDF that was provided, either the tutor wasnt 100% sure of what he was teaching me, or he got tired and drained from only talking to me all day. The assisted labs were not very helpful in understanding much. maybe this was because i had a decent base line technical knowledge already, but it felt like a really baby-ish step by step guide that was long-winded and not particularly helpful, perhaps if these were provided as an extra to-do outside of the additonal documentation / videos you recieve then i can see that being a better angle to do those at, during the actual course was a massive time waster in my opinion. (this wasnt sprintzeal themselves, this was a COMPTIA assisted lab) Some of my course felt rushed as the sylabus for the 1st day was incorrectly received by the tutor so was teaching me a different certification. (some of it did tie in with the actual certification i was learning, so i didnt question it until i saw the plan for the next few days which then raised the issue.), this meant that a 4 day course was now crammed into 3 days. Luckily i had done 4 chapters or so by myself prior to attending the classroom training so this helped us get through the presentation slides and only some brief explanations / questions were needed. Would have loved more time towards the end of the classroom training to do more practice questions. As these i felt were the best method of learning. Knowing the types of questions that get asked moulds your thinking and understanding of what you are trying to learn, and pinpoints the key areas you should take notes on. All that being said, the experience overall was good, but not excellent. Classroom training would not be my go to again for this type of thing unless it actually involved more than just myself. The documentation and the training videos provided are all you would need in reality.

Sep 21,2024I signed up for the CAPM course. Gulfam was very helpful and was very informative. There were 13 lessons that we went over. I feel much more prepared now for the CAPM exam. On top of this, Gulfam offered to assist me with any additional questions even after the training was over. Highly recommended.

Sep 20,2024The trainer is good and easy to understands the lessons. But i got a lot of trouble regarding the room and the comptia account. The PIC from Sprintzeal doesn’t give us the clear information about the room befire the training. We had to wait outside and waste our time in the first day because the spreantzeal’s PIC cant be contacted. Ans we have to share the comptia account in order to use the labs. because one account can only be used by one person at a time. Imagine if we had to share the account with other participants and have to wait until, i dont know when :). So please give each participant a different account.

Sep 20,2024What i like : the tutor is really capable and could explain with a simple logic, make it easy to understand. What i dont like : the assistance from sprintzeal teams regarding the technical issue of the training is very very poor. They dont even provide us the materials and lab license that needed, the room rent as the classroom is very small with no proper facilities (whiteboard, projector), and even to access the rented room sprintzeal doesnt give us clear instruction on what the room number, which floor, even no liaison officer from sprintzeal are present to explain things. I was very very dissapointed.

Sep 14,2024I recently took a facilitation course, and while the content was informative, it felt somewhat generic, especially at the start—it was more like reading material than engaging content. I provided feedback and asked questions, hoping for more practical, real-time examples. While the instructor was kind and flexible, answering all my questions, I had hoped for someone with more hands-on experience as a facilitator. It would have been more valuable to hear real-world examples, tips, and tricks—like, 'When I facilitated this topic with this group, I encountered this challenge, and here's what worked.' Unfortunately, much of the feedback I received felt more like generic, Chatgpt like answers.

Sep 13,2024Overall, the training experience more than exceeded my expectations. The instructor (Mr. Scott) did an outstanding job leading this week long CISSP training class. Instead of just reading a bunch of PowerPoint presentations verbatim, he utilized them with a combination of his real world experience (stories) to help drive the importance of the subject matter. In my opinion, this method also helped me to better retain the material presented. He also skillfully elicited involvement from all of the class participants during the training, which also helped to further improve the overall learning experience. He also had a great sense of humor, which helped me to stay engaged with the subject material. He also answered all the questions the group had with detailed explanations and patience. One improvement to be made would be to ensure the presentation materials are ready for use (spelling errors, inconsistent formatting, etc.). In conclusion, I highly enjoyed the content, format, and the instructor as well. THANKS!

Lack of technical skills, Lack of interpersonal skills. he has never use camera during course, overall have no professional.

Your ability to go through the material at an effective pace was instrumental in keeping the sessions engaging and informative. Your flexibility in addressing my specific needs and willingness to answer all my questions were particularly helpful. I also appreciated your proactive approach in messaging me before class to ensure everything was set up and using real-world examples to illustrate key concepts. This personalized attention significantly boosted my confidence, and I now feel more prepared for the CISM exam. While Sprintzeal's Q&A sessions were a good resource, I believe there is room for improvement in this area to provide even more comprehensive practice. Nevertheless, they served as a useful sample for exam preparation. Thank you once again for your dedication and support throughout this course.

Sprintzeal did an excellent job of consistent communications to ensure I had timely access to all the materials and resources the package promised. Furthermore, the instructor Gulfam is an invaluable instructor and mentor. He has an extensive, and seasoned background in IT teaching, certification training, corporate experience, and overall passionate knowledge. He made the learning sessions fun and engaging in an interactive manner that made understanding the content and materials convenient and engaging! Additionally, his industry knowledge and expertise was instrumental for providing real-world applications of the materials and concepts, which is very useful in properly preparing for the certification exam. Finally, his student engagement skills are top-notch, consistently making sure they are pace and comprehending the content, and going out of his way to ensure they understand all the materials, despite the vast amounts of information that is supposed to be covered in a relatively short amount of time.
