Jul 23,2024#Sprintzeal fails to pay their contracted instructors despite getting great reviews for training. They ignore invoices and email communications. Re-evaluate your business relationship with this company. They owe me $4k+ for 3 months of training instruction.

Jul 22,2024This company is a scam, I registered an onsite course in March in Amsterdam, the Netherlands in March this year. Took time off from work, booked a hotel. The morning when the course should take a place, I received a whatsapp and email that trainer called John Smith had an accident and the course would be cancelled. I was promised a refund, after many emails, whatsapp message and till today I never received any refund. The sr Training consultant sold me the course Leonard Paul repeatedly promised the refund would be there but it never came. Emails I sent to the support, never got any response. I am very frustrated that I had to chase such a company for a refund.

Jul 18,2024Debayan was an excellent teacher, using real world examples to explain the concepts and engaging the team class to share their own real life experiences. He kept the class involved throughout the long sessions and went over each and every concept. His energy never waivered over the many hours of talking but his voice remained clear and concepts were easy to understand

Jul 12,2024This institution is not trustworthy. I enrolled here for ISACA course, and they have provided the classes for the same. At the time of payment of coaching fees that recorded videos can be access at any time for the revision purpose but now same are not accessible. Also, they have not provided any study material for study purpose. I dropped so many mails to them and also called them multiple time, but no response received. As a proof I am attaching the fess receipt. Please think twice before enrolling with sprintzeal.

Jul 10,2024Muhamad Thasveer gave me a really in depth and thorough training course in the PMI ACP accreditation over the course of three days. He was able to tap in to my existing understanding of concepts but really increase my knowledge of very helpful frameworks to support my daily activities as a Programme Manager. I would thoroughly recommend anyone taking this training to support their regular work in delivering projects in an agile fashion.

Jul 08,2024The courses are good, but the training wasn't properly prepared by the trainer. Even tho he seems to know what he is talking about, it wasn't very entertaining and I don't feel like a learned a lot.

Jul 08,2024Gulfam shows an interest in the learner and has great patience when a question is asked. He has a good sense of humour and tries to make the lesson as engaging as possible by posing questions and making sure I understand what is being asked.

Jul 07,2024I enjoyed the class, however, the language differences was a small issue for me; but overall my instructor was quite helpful and was willing to make adjustments. The time on material was adequate and my questions were answered. I would recommend using this course, especially since I was given an opportunity to reach out after classes.

Jul 06,2024I took the microsoft excel specialist course. I was fortunate to receive 1 on 1 training was a very experienced and accredited instructor. The instructor was very patient and tailored the course experience to my learning style. He made sure we covered everything and that I understood and internalized the course content.

Jun 24,2024aggressive sales tactics. I told sprintzeal (Tenzin L.) multiple times to stop sending me emails but they kept going. Also, they called me in addition to sell courses. I responded to their offer and said that I have all information I needed to purchase a course. I also mentioned that if I want to buy a course I will contact them. Instead, they contacted me. I politely asked them to stop sending me emails. They send me an email again. Even more, they started to call me asking if I need more information. This experience left me with a feeling of aggressive sales tactics. Even after having not had contact for several months now, they contacted me again. If a potential customer says "stop" to emails and calls, please stop.

Jun 23,2024They are running the show by getting the trainers on assignment basis and not paying them. In my case I have trained their batch in Riyadh in Dec 2023 and still didn’t receive my agreed payment. They turned out to be scammers.

Jun 21,2024The instructor read off of the presentation slides with NO additional information, explanations or examples. When I asked my first question and was seeking an answer from someone who I thought had years of professional experience in the industry, and this person just repeated the words on slide; and when I pressed him for a someone original or explanatory, he had nothing to say and had nothing to pull from his personal experiences, as he had none. It seemed that he was only an instructor and had no clue of the first thing of how daily tasks are carried out in U.S. based corporations and enterprises.

Jun 05,2024EDIT 07/03/24: I was disturbed to find out that Sprintzeal still did not pay the trainer that conducted my training 1.5 months ago. I will not do business with this company again. If you're a trainer considering work with Sprintzeal, I would suggest that you stay away! ------------- I recently participated in a ISACA CISM bootcamp through SprintZeal and while there were some bumps during scheduling with two of the instructors pulling out, SprintZeal management scrambled to make sure that my training still takes place on time and there is no compromise in quality. My instructor Alex was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to follow. I would recommend SprintZeal to others!
