Feb 21,2023Ridiculously difficult way of verification of the document. I provided my National Address certificate which in itself accepted and considered proof of address. Not only that I even notarized it even then it was not accepted.

Feb 20,2023After my very first investment with getstake, so far every thing is going easy and smooth, the Application seems to be perfect and the investment concept is great, however, while I was reading previous reviews of other investors I noticed that there are two very negative reviews with no feedback from getstake !!!!, that strongly affected my rating to the service, may be I will reconsider the rating when I can see a reasonable feedback for that issue from getstake.

Feb 18,2023I've just started to invest with this platform but so far everything I have seen has been great. Nice app that is easy to use and looks very professional. It was easy, quick and reasonably straight forward to transfer funds to the platform, even though it is not my native currency. Rates of return look very competitive, I've yet to see the process for repayments and defaults but can update when I do.

Feb 16,2023Everythings good but my observation is one thing missing in stake,fore example if you need your investment amount after 3,6 month, you can't withdrawal your investment amount, the condition is after 1year you do that, I think this is not good 👍

Feb 22,2023Advertising made it seem as though they would buy the properties. The language and imagery is very clever. But this seems like a REIT that has less regulation. In their terms of service "Our site is a marketplace that allows you to invest directly in a property provided by third parties. As a marketplace, we do not own or sell the properties or investment opportunities which are displayed on our site."
