We had the opportunity to be assisted by Ashley, he has been brilliant for 8 long months, supporting us with all the financial issues and solutions, and whenever there was an obstacle he was there to hold it for us. Thanks to him we didn't give up at many things, eventually we had our flat and we are so glad he was our broker. Amazing deal tailored for what we needed, great financial support and explaining every single step, tips on how to manage our finance before and after the mortgage, great personality giving professional and personal support. I wish every one out there has an Ashley to help them with their mortgage and property.

Aug 03,2022I have to say James my mortgage advisor and Della his Mortgage Administrator have been outstanding! I work in a commission based job so finding a mortgage suitable was tricky. James found one that worked for me with the best interest rates and helped me get the most I could. Nothing was too much trouble. Their communication has been EXCEPTIONAL. Always in contact, at the end of the phone when I need them and helped me with clear and concise information. THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY. As a first time buyer I feel so happy knowing I have them and their wealth of knowledge assisting me.

Jul 20,2022Like many others during the pandemic, our house search was a lengthy and stressful process. However, especially Ashley Rich at St Bart's (and the whole team), made the whole mortgage/financial side of things so easy to understand. We always received prompt email replies and was very easy to organise Zoom meetings if a more in depth conversation was needed. We were made to feel at ease and knew whatever advise regarding the mortgage was provided, would be the best for us. Ashley always provided us with several options and were talked through all of them in detail, so that we could make an informed decision best for us. Thoroughly recommend St Bart's!

More recently, I’ve been dealing with Della who has been brilliant! She has been proactive throughout the processes and has helped us at all stages of our purchases by chasing up solicitors and lenders and keeping me up to speed with everything.
