Oct 14,2023My wife has dementia and fell and broke her hip but since we had the lift installed life is a lot easier. It makes getting up stairs easy and fast. We like it and it means we could stay where we are. Thanks for doing a great job.

Oct 12,2023Company very professional, kept to appointments, everybody I spoke to was able to answer any questions I raised. Actual lift installation took four days, people arrived on time, very polite, cleared up after themselves, very little mess. Given a demonstration on how to use the lift with the accessories. Pleased it does not take too much space, unobtrusive in corner of room. Pleased with purchase, certainly a benefit for my husband.

Sep 28,2023The good: Stitlz provided an in house lift for my mother-in-law, which she was very happy with and it enabled her to move around her two story house for a number of years. The bad: service charges and renewing the guarantee seemed to be very expensive, especially as the engineer didn't need to complete any repairs during any of the services. When my mother-in-law passed away just before a guarantee renewal period was about to start, it was incredibly difficult to inform the company of this. I emailed (no response) then called the company when a message was left on the answer machine at my MIL's house. On this occasion I spoke to 2 different people and had to explain again, one member of staff was incredibly insensitive and seemed just to be out to get more money out of us to uninstall the lift. A few days later I got a call from another member of staff about us having requested a lift removal (we had not requested this). Then finally another call about a week after that asking about renewing the guarantee again. Each time I spoke to someone they had no idea of the situation and it seemed there was no system for communicating internally when someone dies. This makes things difficult for relatives having to explain over and over again that their loved one has died. I really think the company should have systems in place to deal with this situation given that they sell lifts and a large proportion of their clients are probably elderly and frail.

Sep 17,2023We received a first rate service from first contact through to waste collection. Everybody turned up when they said they would, worked hard, cleanly and were polite and friendly. Everything was completed bang on schedule. Jason and Alex were our building team and Bill and Paul the installation engineers. All were enthusiastic and superb.

Sep 08,2023Stiltz appear to be a professional, well organised company and we found everyone to be kind and helpful throughout the process of fitting our new lift, respectful, especially in the early stages, of the fact that my husband was very ill. Our building team, Darren and Scott, were skilled builders and joiners, co-ordinating with electricians and plumbers as required and they worked in a helpful, clean and tidy manner. They took all the stress out of the job for us. On the final day, the installation team, Bill and Paul, were equally good. We are now pleased with our new lift which is working well. Thank you to all the extensive Stiltz team, through sales, planning, installation, and after sales.

Impressed by the polite and professional manner during the process from the initial inquiry, a dedicated project manager, professional teams of assessors, builders and installers. All achieved with a minimum of disruption. We are delighted with the lift and recommend Stiltz to anyone considering a home lift.

Aug 30,2023I so wish it were possible to rate Stiltz with 100 stars not just 5! From the day of my first enquiry to completion of the installation, I have been blown away by everyone I have communicated with....Luke and Hayley...and the incredible Paul who trawled around visiting and assessing each home I viewed as a potential 'new home'. And then when completion happened and the move took place, the day after The Team arrived.... Lewis singlehandedly set-to and did an incredible job of preparing the room upstairs (no small task as extra joists were needed!) and ensuring everything was in place, with the help of very skilled plumbers and electricians, for Darren and then Dave to assemble and install the incredible Trio + All of this took just four-and-a-bit working days! The Trio + has transformed my life giving me access to a house again! The workmanship, the care everyone showed to me and their delight too when I had my 'maiden voyage' into the room upstairs was such a treat. I don't have words to adequately describe my thanks to everyone at Stiltz for being so incredibly professional and caring in all that you do. I am indebted to Lewis in all that he did and the quality of his workmanship too. I have sang the praises of Stilz to everyone I know....and even my new neighbours (and visiting Friends) have had the joy of ascending to the heights in my new Lift! My 94-year-old Dad visited recently and loved using the Lift too! It made his stay something very special indeed! Thank you to Everyone at Stiltz! You really are THE Best.
