Apr 21,2023The installation team did an excellent job of fitting the lift, and cleaning up afterwards. They explained the lift features and controls well. We (in particular, my wife, who uses a wheelchair) find the lift a big improvement on the stairlift we had in our old house. The only small problem is that it is quite a tight fit for the wheelchair, and my wife has to manoeuvre it quite carefully to avoid hitting the lift door or the frame.

Apr 20,2023The first representative chose the best place of where to fit the lift. The second member of staff who actually fitted the lift was professional and cleared the residual mess to the point of sweeping and mopping the area. The lift has proven to be and continues to be extremely beneficial in that at age 88 I can no longer use the stairs. I cannot recall the exact date it was fitted.

Only minor niggle is for elderly users, who can’t take all the verbal information given into memory, a short follow up visit would be helpful to reinforce the information in operating brochure.

Mar 30,2023My husband and I have the Trio+ lift. It is a really lovely looking lift and easy to use. We bought the lift to future proof our home for our old age. I don’t have the arm strength I did and it has been as valuable for getting things that are that bit too heavy or bulky for me up and down floors as it has for taking the strain off my knees. The lift is situated in a double height sunroom, the colourless Perspex walls of the lift mean it is much less obtrusive than a traditional home lift would be. We chose the half door option which is ideal if you don’t want to feel too enclosed, my elderly mother who is very claustrophobic feels comfortable travelling in it. All the engineers during and after the installation were extremely friendly whilst still being professional. All the sales staff and customers services staff have been equally pleasant to deal with. There were a few teething problems post installation but they were dealt with quickly and successfully. The only negative point we have is the long length of white power cable that hangs down by the side of the lift – it never seems to appear in any of the pictures and was quite a surprise. I believe that other Stiltz customers have given the same feedback to Stiltz and new model without this cable is being brought out.

Mar 16,2023Unbelievable installation, we expected major disruption but none of that. The building team and the installers were unobtrusive, very tidy and quick the only real noise came as they opened the ceiling of the living room. Highly recommended and will make our lives far easier.

Mar 15,2023My review started with building work, Tony & his son did a great job ready for the lift to go through the floor nothing was to much trouble for them they where first class workmen that did a first class job 10/10 The fitters that came in after to assemble and fit the lift,where also class workmen John and Phil they did a great job again and went out of there way to explain every little safety gadget ie:- how they work what they for 2 men who really enjoy their job (just couldn’t say a word wrong about any part of the job great team and cleaned up and all rubbish that was collected and taken away .I would recommend this company to anyone needing a home lift

Mar 03,2023First of all I want to congratulate your staff from the Surveyor Kevin Law, the builders Rob and Tom, the electrician Stuart and the lift installers Sam and Tom who all arrived on time, were courteous, polite and kept the mess down to the minimum. We are delighted with the end result and any little queries I have had have been answered straight away by Richard Downing. We also visited your showroom in Wokingham which was well worth the trip to be able to experience the Duo+ first hand and Sue Britz was very helpful in helping us to change our minds from having the Duo Classic.

Very impressed with every stage of our installation, the sales, the survey, the building structural work and the actual lift itself installation ( surprisingly to me this was probably the quickest process of the whole project as it just fitted together like a big Meccano set) and finally the follow up checks were done with with an expertise that was a reflection of the wealth of experience Stiltz had in lift installation. It was my pleasure to meet every single member of their team who were, without exception, highly skilled craft people in their own specialty…and more importantly they gelled together as a team all under the captaincy of my dedicated customer support person.

Feb 18,2023Thank you to the wonderful engineer from Stiltz - i phoned in Thursday afternoon with a non urgent lighting problem and the engineer was at my house first thing Friday morning. He fixed the problem and even adjusted the lift so it works even better than when first installed - very happy with the whole experience, thank you
