Mar 20,2019Abby came to our condo in the South End of Boston and was able to quickly measure and provide 3 ranges of proposals for the shades we were looking for. She was pleasant and very efficient. There was no sales pressure. She explained all the options and let us choose what we wanted. The staff in the office always followed up on the estimate; making changes where I requested; and following up on the installation schedule. Justin, my installer, was excellent. Very knowledgeable and fast. Installation was perfect and he was very clean. He explained how everything worked and even gave me an extra charger for our motorized shades. I would highly recommend this company for your window treatments. I can’t think of a better company to work with for your window coverings and installation. Kudos to the Stoneside team!

Mar 20,2019Love, love, love my shades! The shades and service I received were so excellent that when I was ready for shades for other rooms in my house, I knew just who to call! Gabby responded quickly to my email and I had an appointment with her that week! Her expertise in design and ability to listen to her clients make her an asset to the company. The quality of the shades is superior! My first set are almost 3 years old and they look like they are brand new! My order came in sooner that was anticipated...always a BONUS! I can't end this review without my compliments to Mick. He arrived on time and did an EXCELLENT job on the installation. He reminded me again before he left to call if I ever had any problems or concerns. If you are looking for a quality product and EXCELLENT customer service, don't hesitate, call Stoneside Blinds and Shades today. You won't be sorry.

Mar 19,2019My blinds are beautiful, closed, open, daytime or nighttime. We have paneled wood walls and the color the sales person helped me select is beautiful against the wood. It is particularly beautiful when the sun is shining on the wall and the blinds. I had one issue with the cornice placement and they immediately came out and fixed it for me. Couldn't ask for better customer service or quality.

Melanie was excellent about being proactive, getting me quotes extremely quickly, and explaining options. Joe, our installer, was excellent. They both exceeded my expectations. Was on time, polite, and very conscientious about his work and cleaning up. His expertise was very obvious, he was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable -definitely knew his way around drapery. I would highly recommend Stoneside and Melanie and Joe if you are in the market for window coverings! I had met with a couple other companies, and felt very comfortable with Melanie, and was very happy with my choice!

Our customer experience with Melanie was one of the best we can recall in the past 5 years. Once our order was placed, the Stoneside team was proactive and frequent with communications and status updates regarding our order and installation scheduling. Joe Bach performed our measurements/installations. His experience, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and customer service was outstanding. When one of our items was not working as designed, Joe and the Stoneside team immediately worked to provide solutions and resolve the issue quickly. Joe surpassed our expectations based on the quality and efficiency of the installation and the customer focus and sense of urgency when an issue was discovered. Mar 08,2019Tamara Brown came to our new townhouse to show us possibilities in terms of what was available for window blinds. We went upscale and picked a really fine, wide composite wood blind for all our windows. It was pricey but absolutely worth the money. The blinds took three weeks to arrive, but Rusty came over and set up temporary paper blinds until our blinds were ready. Today, he came and put them up. It took about an hour, and this is a fairly big house. They look spectacular and were worth every penny. Really good blinds make a difference in the appearance of a home, and we felt we made the absolute best decision in choosing Stoneside Blinds & Shades.

Our office now has a much more professional look with our roller blinds and they were installed in about 4 hours, much faster than we had expected! Michael installed my shades with the best customer service who cares about his skills and stands up to the quality of his workmanship. Also Heidi and Wendy followed through with scheduling and keeping up to date on the craftsmanship of the shades. I can honestly vouch for Paul and his team I have already been showing my friends videos of my shades. I highly recommend them they definitely deserved five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
