Travis was quick, efficient, and friendly at installing the roller shades and explaining how to use the remotes and recharge the batteries. A professional team and a quality product. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

There was problem after order that transitional blind we choose was discontinued, but she gave us even better replacement. Travis did a good job installing. He had to come again for some adjustments, but final product is looking great!

Apr 14,2019If you need shades for your windows- go with Stoneside. I live in a 106 yr old Atlanta, GA high rise condominium that has period windows. Blinds and shades are difficult because no window is the same and the measurements are nuts. Stoneside had flexible times to meet on a design, then followed up with measurements. This was my first experience working with their Atlanta area team. Designer Stephanie and Installer Vuong are both phenomenal. I used Stoneside products in two of the homes I lived in previously, both on the west coast. I was absolutely thrilled to learn of their availability here. Stephanie is a fantastic designer. She is very low pressure when it comes to sales, she knows her product line backwards and forwards, gives thoughtful suggestions about which products best meet your needs, and honest feedback about aesthetic choices. Vuong could not be more professional, courteous or kind. He works quickly, quietly, cleanly and non-stop. He left my house cleaner than he found it once his work was done. Both Stephanie and Vuong are extremely respectful of your time as well as your space. They're also both simply delightful people to have around. Having experienced Stoneside's quality, durability, and unbeatable warranty in multiple homes over the past several years, I would not want to work with any other brand of window treatment.
