Mar 08,2024Fridge died within 3 months of light use. Bought new from the company. Sent us a part for us fit ourselves which didn't solve the problem. Now refusing us a refund and expecting us to foot the cost to package an 85 litre fridge for return. Please avoid this company - reviews will show you that their fridges have form for breaking in the first few months of use and it's you who'll end up paying.

Mar 06,2024After 3 months the mini fridge I bought stopped working. I contacted the company who asked me a few questions, suggested it was the adapter that was faulty, sent me a new one the next day and they were spot on, now working again. 👏👏👏

Mar 01,2024Great mini fridge i bought the 10l subcold in black its perfect for my little office at work to put a couple snacks and cans.I can fit 5 cans my yougut pots,grapes and a few choclet bars i could easily fit 9 330ml cans in there with out snacks you just have to take selves out.. The delivery was fast also many thanks happy customer 😊

Mar 12,2024MY experience with subcold I had a issue with the 8 bottle stand up fridge ,contacted customer service they sorted it out immediately there was a fault with the temperature on the door so they sent me a new door I'd had the fridge for 15 months always worked great it had a 12 month garentee so they realy did not have to do anything, the new door did not fix the problem so to my disbelief they sent me a new fridge 😀 now come on peaple what more could you ask from a company just the review the fridge is very well made stylish and easy to use settings from 5 degrees to 18 nice features lights up to looks great at night easy to to clean and very quiet So to anyone wanting a great looking wine fridge with great customer back up look no further Subcold is the place to go to. oh and at a great price William Johnson
