Apr 29,2025I like some of the produce, not all of it. The things I like such as the sweet maruska potatoes are lovely. There are some items which I thought would be more flavoursome but weren’t. All in all, it’s too expensive for me. However, I love that it’s free delivery over £15 and maybe when I’m feeling a bit flush, I’ll get some fruit and veggies for twice the regular price and feel good that I’m eating organic.

Apr 29,2025Really easy and clear options for products and deliveries. Great advice for storing and using the fresh fruit and veg. I always feel that I'm in control of what I want to order - rather than it just arriving. I often add eggs or cheese to my veg box and have found this very easy to do. It has definitely encouraged me to eat more healthily and with little or no waste which has made it good value for money for me....and I live on my own so don't let that put you off!

The produce is vibrant and fresh, and the meat is tender and clean — it really gives me peace of mind knowing I’m feeding my family healthy, trustworthy food. Their customer service is excellent, and deliveries are always on time. I’m truly grateful for their dedication to quality. Highly recommend to anyone who cares about healthy eating!

Apr 27,2025I have purchased some time orders from riverford organics. Sometimes there is fresh produce some other time things came rotten Salads and peppers were rotten this time and had to bin them. Wrote to customer service never got a reply.

Apr 30,2025An open, honest business owned by the people who work there. Riverford's ethics are superb and the produce it sells absolutely excellent. I've been a customer for a long time and if I've ever had a poor quality item it's refunded immediately with no quibbles. The people I've had contact with have all been so pleasant and polite. The web site is easy to use and you can pick and choose if you don't want a set box and can change your order very easily with the app. There is also an extensive range of recipes and information about the different veg as you will find produce here that you never get in the shops. I'm proud to be a riverford customer.
