Jan 29,2025Terrible customer service. I tried to change my order within 18hrs of purchasing to have the wording corrected. They REFUSED to work with me. I ended up with two different sized trophys (should have been the same) with wording and presentation. Paid $299 for two. Will not use Successories again. Staff could not have been less helpful and with an attitude!

Jan 17,2025I was very satisfied with the bags, notebooks and most of the pens. They were in bright, vivid colors, and the size was awesome. However I was disappointed in the pen that matched the "Thanks for Being Awesome" bag and notebook; it was grey. I would have expected it to be orange or purple, as the other pens matched a color for the other bags.
